Very difficult to cancel service. Customer service is just a voice mail box. When they called me back, they promised to cancel, but never did. No button on website to cancel or escalate up. Really bad experience in my opinion.
In addition to the fact that you MUST pay a monthly payment for this filtering service, this review gets two starts because of poor performance, slow customer service, and limited functionality. We even paid an extra couple hundred for the nicer router and were slowly let down.
If you're after something simple, you don't care about speed, and your kids aren't tech savvy, then this router may suffice. But be prepared for glitches.
I was able to hack through this in minutes. Fortunately, you can block key words and specific websites when you find a hole.
