Great customer service from caring agent: took the time to understand my issue, was empathetic, and had an immediate fix for it!

Arrived safely and soundly. For whatever reason shipment was delayed by UPS. Not to worry. One less day I had to clean bathroom. Better Life products are natural and safe for a septic system plus safe for the user. Equally excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

I love the toilet bowl cleaner! Besides being fragrant, it cuts down on hard water stains. I have found that by using it daily, the stains stay gone for a much longer time, and they are quite easy to remove.

I placed an order with Better Life on April 5th. Today is May 9th, and I still have not received my order, despite being in contact with customer service multiple times. This is ridiculous.

You charged my card 8 days ago and took my money but you haven’t shipped my stuff - where is it?

Almost everything was out of stock which was disappointing because I wanted to try some new products but I couldn't get them

Did not send order. Had to call two times to get an answer. Finally got the order sent. Address was incorrect. The rep said he could change the home address but not the billing address When I said I was not satisfied with this he said he was not going to spend not another minute with me. I cancelled the order of a product I like and waited over one month for.

I will not order from your company again.
