I love the products but I placed my order about 2 weeks ago and it still has not shipped. This item was in stock per the website. I am having to purchase other brands now in the interim.

I love Better Life Cleaning products! I clean homes and I believe in safe, environmentally friendly products and you are my go to company. The Glass cleaner is amazing! No streaks! I love the fresh scent of all of the products. I use a ton of the Citrus/Clary Sage all purpose cleaner and it's the best all purpose I have ever used. thank you!

The products are safe and plant based what more can a mom of 3 kids and pets ask for right. Well let me tell you you never get your full order cause they are damaged and empty when you receive them cause they are not packaged good enough cause the shipper just don't care how the package ends up to the customer. I found them when I was looking up another plant based company and they was suppose have better rating the products are great the customer service excellent but actually receiving everything and being able use it is not even worth a star it's horrible.

I placed an order, it originally got shipped to wrong address. I called to have this rectify which I was assured would be. I receive my replacement order about a week later, and only 2/7 items are in there. I called again, and they said they would expedite the rest. When the date arrives for the rest of my order to arrive, surprise, there was nothing delivered. I called again, and they said they would ship it again. This was a few days ago and still no shipment. I will never order again from this company.

Easy to navigate. Discovered so many products that I never knew were sold by Better Life-excited about this.

Will definitely shop through the site again.

Customer service over and above expectations!

I recently had someone start cleaning my house. She uses Better Life Tub and Tile Cleaner. I really liked how it left everything so clean and shiny.
I wanted to purchase a gallon but it was out. I text to find out when they might get more in. They responded immediately and told me that will be notified when it comes in. You can have a great product but without customer service things won’t work. Your company has both great products and great customer service. Absolutely thumbs up from me.

Excellent company! They offer a very nice cleaning product at a very reasonable price; I especially like their dishwashing gels and soaps; the fragrance is just so nice that it's addicting. I've been ordering from here for almost a year and it's become my favorite store. thank you so much :)

I love the product quality and customer service response in the event of shipping problems. Everyone is so helpful and ordering through this website is a breeze.

The products are amazing! Everything I have tried (which is everything but the dishwasher gel as I don't have that luxury appliance, lol) works better than any off-the-shelf cleaners I have ever used and is safer for my little dog and my sensitive hands and lungs.

I am so pleased with this company. Their dish soap is fabulous! Doesn't dry out my hands but cleans dishes spotlessly. I am loving the tub and tile spray as well. I am really amazed at how well it breaks up/dissolves shower/bath scum. Really effective without the horrible chemicals and scents. The website is good & easy to navigate. I love the products, but the one problem I had was not being able to apply a coupon code for the initial 10% off. That was a little frustrating, but I ordered anyway.

I used one of these products at a clients house and it smelled awesome also works great without the harsh chemical smell. I can't wait for my order to arrive so I can use my products!

One of the bottles was busted and leaked all over. Only received one of the little free samples when I should have gotten one with every bundle I bought and I bought all off the bundles.

I love your products and use them daily. They made it so much fun to clean without the harsh fumes and headaches.

Your website is easy to use but I bought 2 gallon products and I do not know if a pump comes with them and I could not find a pump to buy on your site.

I love the unscented laundry detergent and that is comes on one gallon size. I wish I could pay with PayPal on checkout instead of shop pay or entering my cc info.
