Great customer service.
The clean freak website was super easy to maneuver. Purchased a mighty extractor set, and the hose broke on the first day of use. The one that comes with it has several great features, but the tips leak tremendously. The sales person from clean freak has requested a new vacuum hose and I’m patiently waiting for it.

I like your pads. I like your prices. I did receive my 2017 pads, but I had to wait for the 27 inch. I did get in contact with the company. That sent me the pads.
I was told, get in contact with the company. The company sent an email to them. Specifying about the 27 inch pads.
I haven't got an email from the company. Yes, and still waiting for the pads to arrive. Maybe even backward, but I would have loved someone to call me. Of course, send me it email to let me know what was going on. Other than that, I'm not unhappy with the product. I am just unhappy with the communication
