Delivery is next working day care of DPD

No delivery after two weeks (3-5 working days advertised). App claimed delivery, but it wasn't delivered. Customer service phone on voicemail. Facebook chat directed to a German email address. Customer chat on website not manned by humans- just AI promising delivery in MARCH! (It is currently September.)

Ordered wheel on 23 august it’s now 5th September still no wheel but have had to requests for feedback

The best purchase I ever made buying one over a year ago. I have difficulty walking from two broken vertebrae and this is my sole mate. Without it my leg collapses and I have had terrible falls. This trolly keeps me safe and lets me get out. I just love it

Great product! Durable and excellent quality. Trolley and box easy to fold and collapse - a no brainer! A definite space-saver especially for someone like me who lives in an apartment. Wheels are easy to store with the trolley if not in use. A bit heavy for me as a small woman to lift unto the boot of my car but as expected of it being made of sturdy materials. I suppose it’s not meant to be lifted always but pushed, so all good. Expensive but durable for long term heavy use. Overall, I am content with my purchase. Lastly, the item was delivered fast.

Love the fact I can take my own trolly to the supermarket and not have to go looking for one.
Went to use it for the first time today and noticed the elastic underneath, which holds the basket in place has come out one end 🫤

Very slow delivery, lack of communication. Because of this I had to order a new trolley from amazon.

Delivered the next day and kept updated at all times.

Used one of these trollies at work for years and had to get one for home. Really robust, easy to assemble and pack away and well designed. I just wish they hadn't run out of pink accent ones. I'd really recommend one for anyone like me who can't carry much or lift heavy weights.
