We wanted to travel to India in 2025 and really only had a high level outline of what we wanted to do. Classic Resorts and Fiona Dobbyn created an itinerary which allowed us to experience key gems in India. From the moment we arrived to the day we left everything was organised and this made our Indian trip a fantastic experience. We can only highly recommend Classic Resorts

Ciara our agent has provided 5 star service since our booking query commenced. I could not recommend her highly enough. She has a really helpful attitude and is also a fountain of knowledge when it comes to all things travel!!

A group of us have booked a holiday through Classic Resorts and dealt with Ciara Fitzpatrick, I cannot praise this girl enough from having to postpone our holiday because of covid, Ciara took care of absolutely everything and kept us up date with any changes and answered our endless amount of emails regarding our holiday to Thailand and was always on hand to point us in the right direction as to what hotels we should stay in. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and especially Ciara if you are planning a holiday

I would highly recommend. The service was exceptional and Ciara went above and beyond my expectations. From start to finish she made the whole process easy including answering the many questions I had. Given the short notice from booking to departing I can not fault the service I received.

We went into classic resorts with an idea of a holiday but not actually thinking we could ever actually book and afford a holiday to the Maldives.
Our planner helped us pick a fab location within a budget that we could afford and allocated all the information in regards to packages and all we needed to know about the place we were staying in.
We were unsure about going ahead so we decided to think about it and was given a a reference number and email to contact if we wanted to go ahead.
With covid and not wanting to attend stores we resulted to communicating via email in which I always received a very fast informative email with ideas and quotes and finally our trip was fully planned.
Recently we decided to extend our trip and stop off on the way home to visit friends and through email I was quickly provided with the information that this was possible and all details were changed very quickly.
I couldn't thank our planner anymore for going above and beyond for us and helping us make this trip happen and been a great support through out.
We will absolutely be returning to classic resorts for future holiday bookings.

Ciara was unbelievably helpful throughout the entire process. She is very knowledgeable about all of the areas and resorts we were looking at. Any questions we had were answered very promptly (I had a lot of questions!) Everything has been seemless. We would 100% recommend Classic Resorts to anyone.

We have been unfortunate in reorganising trips due to covid and I'm an awkward customer who knows what I want and very particular with hotels ect but Ciara was so understanding and accommodating!
Iv booked all my long haul holidays with the girls in classic resorts the last 10 years and wouldn't dream of going elsewhere!

Having already cancelled 2 previous trips due to Covid, I found Fiona to be empathetic and helpful. She heard all the things that were important to us and found the perfect itinerary. This was also within our budget too.

Feels great to have this in the calendar for 2022 and feeling reassured to have this booked with Fiona at Classic Resorts instead of going it alone which I'd normally do!

My partner and I have been contemplating booking a honeymoon for the end of summer. We have been in touch with a lot of resorts, hotels and travel agents from all over the world. I can safely say that Classic Resorts (in particular Ciara K) have been a huge help throughout the whole process. From when we first got in contact enquiring about different destinations and options to selection and booking, we have felt like we were the only customer she had. We would normally email with questions outside of work hours, late at night or on the weekend, expecting a response on the next working day but we would always get a response within the hour! One of the main positive attributes about this experience was the lack of pressure to book anything and the salesman-type pushing, was really refreshing - like I said before, we have dealt with a lot of people and I keep getting emails to follow up and this has to be the most annoying thing. I have very high confidence going forward with Classic Resorts, if we do get to go on our honeymoon.

I have booked my last three holidays with Ciara . I couldn’t trust another travel agent and definitely wouldn’t waste my time trying to find the perfect package like she does for us each time.

To dream of going on holidays again and to be writing a review of how wonderful it is. From start to finish it’s just 7 star service all round.
