They delete your account whilst they charge you for the order, you can't track the parcel, you can't modify the order, you can't check anything, the only thing you know is that they charge you (and you don't know if they will even deliver the order), not to mention that you will be unable to retrieve any return label as you will be a ghost with no account.
I was so happy about discovering this site, good prices and some stylish things.
Placed an order on 27.08.2018 and all good, I was able to log in to check the details, the tracking number everything.
Then placed another one, with the same username, email, payment method, everything, only 4 days later and all good.
However 2 days after placing the second order I wanted to check tracking information and everything (same as I did for order 1) and I couldn't enter my account.
Took 2 chats with customer services, and several emails, to just being told that my account was anonymised because I did not click on settings on the consent. NO WARNINGS NO DISCLAIMER NOTHING about it, you just simply can't log in anymore and your account is deleted (which it is not compliant with GDPR as I was not given the option to consent, not proper information).
They do that while your order is still processing, so they delete your account whilst they charge you for the order, you can't track the parcel, you can't modify the order, you can't check anything, the only thing you know is that they charge you (and you don't know if they will even deliver the order), not to mention that you will be unable to retrieve any return label as you will be a ghost with no account.
Absolutely rubbish. Paid £4.99 for something to be delivered. Ordered on Sunday estimate delivery Tuesday. Thursday still nothing so I called them, promised next day before 9am by special delivery- today is Saturday, had an email to say my order was cancelled due to a system error? Due to lack of stock.... checked again on line and says product is in stock. Still no refund either .... not sure what happens next ? I will never order from them again!!! Rubbish customer service
Ordered 3 items in their 25% off Anniversary Sale. They all arrived today and I am extremely happy with all of them. The quality is fantastic. The two black garden chairs are very well made, superior quality to others I have seen. The duster wand, again, exceptional quality and the little nail scissors, precision instruments. It was great getting them discounted but I will order a couple more of the chairs at full price. Free delivery too as I spent over £35 and the chairs were heavy, so this was a great bonus.
Was looking for a Karcher K2 power washer and as they were £100 at least everywhere else, I ordered it on line from CO who were selling exactly the same machine for £75 with free delivery. The site still had my details from a previous order years ago so the order process was completed in double quick time. The machine arrived a couple of days earlier than expected exceedingly well wrapped indeed. So all in all these guys have been ab fantastic TY Very much indeed.
Very poor customer service. I bought some headphones a few weeks ago which broke. I sent them back and was told I could not get a refund as it was wear and tear, I told them it can't be wear and tear after a few weeks, but they still refused to give me a refund.

I have been waiting for a response from the company's online chat service for two and a half hours now. I was originally 5th customer in the queue and have been languishing impatiently in 2nd place for well over an hour.
They somehow managed to get my details wrong on an order and I'm trying to ensure that it can be delivered safely.
They are impossible to contact and seemingly couldn't care less.
Phoning the company is a absolute waste of time as there is just an abrupt message saying no-one can take the call before the call is terminated.
I would not advise anyone to do business with this company and I just wish I'd read similar reviews before placing an order with them.
So I have bough a wireless headphone from shop, went home, found out it was just like a normal headphone simply because it did not connect to my new Iphone, nor to my partners one.
Tried one more phone to be sure.
Emailed them, lady V.. was amazing, throughout the whole story and helped me, sent out a new one.
This was also not connecting so I opted for a different brand to finally be done with it. I didn't receive it by the time, contacted them again and again then finally I got my fine working headphones.
I still love the shop and the products and their attitude. You can tell when someone tries and that's what matters because now I don't feel fooled by no customer service provider and will be happy to shop again.
Bought a Christmas tree stand, apparently suitable for 8ft tree. Arrived and quickly became apparent it could not support out 6 ft tree. Emailed their customer services saying that I wish I'd paid attention to the reviews warning that it wasn't very good. After an initial misunderstanding, in which they did not offer a refund, they then offered a complete refund for the item.

I have never had a problem getting a loan with ACE. Every one is so professional and treat you with respect.
ordered a pair of bluetooth ear defenders for work, price was very competitive and item was delivered promptly, however after a few months item developed a fault when replacing batteries would not turn on without taking the batteries out several times until it wouldn't turn on at all, email customer service monday evening, received a reply from Emily tuesday morning offering a refund or replacement, i took the replacement as headphones are great and received another email to say replacement headphones would be dispatched that night, thats what i call great customer service, my thanks to Emily
I bought this in-store, but if they'll rip you off in person, they sure will for an online purchase!
I drove for four hours in total having taken the afternoon off work, and ended up with nothing.
I went to the Frolunda Torg store and picked up a 299SEK ADSL modem. It was sealed with a thick, glued plastic tie. Presumably, I found out, to stop you taking a look at the contents, rather than as a security measure.
When I got where I was going (mid-afternoon by now) I found the item had obviously been returned and put back on display. But not just opened and closed again. The unit had dried food (I hope...) on it. The (well-thumbed) instructions had (again, at best) food on them. The install CD was covered in greasy fingerprints. I didn't even attempt to try and install it.
So, I turned straight back round and drove back to return it. By now, peak time Friday night traffic over the bridge in Gothenburg. When I finally arrived I (politely, in my opinion) asked for the manager. I was told "did you try the desk?". Eventually I worked out I was being told to go to the back of the shop. I went, and a young lady who couldn't have looked like she cared less if the world were about to wobble off its axis into the sun mumbled something about the manager not being in the store, and to go back to the front again! By now I was seething! Eventually I got a refund, cash actually, as a card refund would have taken days (I was told).
If they are going to put rubbish like this on the shelves, I can only imagine what they would send you by post!
Avoid these clowns at all costs.
Utterly disgusting and dodgy! Have been sent a PayPal refund notification with NO EXPLANATION by someone I can’t name, but it was an employee who’s done this personally and not the system.
You can not claim out of stock since I ordered within minutes the deal was made available, other members of a certain community ordered after me and their orders have not been cancelled. Is it because the 10% discount your colleague gave me I wonder? You’re so cheap!

Called the number for customer services and after a couple of options the electronic message told me that no one was available and to call back.
So then decided to start an online chat, I was happy to know I am 3rd in the queue.......
After waiting nearly 1hr I gave up.

Plus points:
(1) The quality of their products is very good. I bought from a store and although none near me, especially liked their quality to buy something else online and bought even more as offers on there
(2) Items good value for money
(3) Fast delivery at a reasonable price
Stars Deducted:
(a) When you phone, rather than go in a queue, they answer (machine), then tell you after pressing options, to call again - that is annoying, as have to keep calling back (if on pay-as-you go or abroad, that would cost money too)
(b) Not everything sent that I ordered, and not well packaged
(c) I had 4 items with parts missing and 1 broken item (poorly packaged). I was told others called with the same issue. Rather than resolve there and then, they said they would call back, problem is they did not call back. Had to ring again, then the damaged item replaced, another call for the 4 missing parts of items to be sent - had to keep chasing, so very poor customer services. The 2 people sounded nice, but do not follow through, so resolved in the end, but too many calls

Having shopped at Clas Ohlson for the first time last week, I was delighted to notice that on the bins of the Christmas items it stated 'three for two' which I assumed was for the items in the marked bins. When I got home I discovered that the reduction had not been applied to the marked items. When I queried this I was told that it was for 'Christmas lighting and decorations' with the cheapest item free. As I'd purchased eight items, two of which were £1.99 the offer was applied to these and not one of the three £8.99 items I'd purchased (which were clearly marked 'three for two'), I felt deceived. If offers are conditional then it should be CLEARLY stated to avoid confusion. I did ask for a contact email address for customer complaints but my request has been ignored. Come on Clas Ohlson, if you want to improve your current rating (which is not great), then the least you can do is respond to your customers. Needless to say I will not be shopping at Clas Ohlson again!
I bought McCulloch 35cm universal fit chain for my Black & Decker chainsaw.
So in a week's course and no more than 6 hours of use, the chain is as blunt as it doesn't function properly anymore and takes maybe 7 times longer to cut a bark.
I went back and they won't change it, nor slip it, no anything. They consider these 6 hours of usage normal for a chain to go blunt to the point of being close to unusable.
Too bad Clas.
I tried 5 times yesterday to purchase the Lion Hammer Drill priced at £29.99 product code 18-3576.
The website said that i could apply a discount code and receive 10% off the price. After several failed attempts i contacted customer service via live chat and to be honest the session was awful no help what so ever as the live chat person never answered a single question !! i then phoned customer services and asked if i could order by phone and was told no. I then asked for help applying a discount code and that did not work and i also attempted discount codes advertised online.
How very disappointed i am as i thought i would try Clas Ohlson for the first time, they really need an online system that is easy to use and a customer services team who can help.
I am very dissatisfied at the whole experience and am unlikely to recommend or use Clas Ohlson again.
My advice to all friends not to deal with these. Today I purchased from their branch in 17-17a Ealing Broadway Shopping Center a SIM Card . This SIM Card Didn't work properly . They promised to return it if I will face problem with it. Later when I refered to them they refused. Don't deal with such cheaters..Honesty is very important.

I purchased a radio clock at the weekend Good price but when I set it up it took the time from Germany. Contacted Customer service who told me all I needed to do was reset the clock. I asked them to explain how and they replied with the manual ( which I had already) which they clearly had not read as it does not tell how to do this but it didn't matter, because resetting the clock simply works until 0200 in the morning when the radio signal re sets it to the wrong time again. Great when you have set the alarm. They have obviously sent the wrong batch of clocks from China for the UK market. Perhaps they should be called Chav Ohlson. Worse than useless. How about 'sorry, wrong clock we will give you one that links to the UK time signal and here is a voucher for your time a trouble and we will recall all the wrong clocks'. If they did this deliberately thinking it does not someone needs to be sacked
