Bought a product as a one off purchase, they took a further 2 payments out each increasing in price- no product supplied, I had emailed to confirm that it was a one off purchase and not ambition to which they replied and confirmed- still took further payments out! Numerous email sent and no response! Still awaiting refund! Don’t waste your time or money
Best service ever
Best service ever! I used their service to book a car from easirent. I used my debit card - the costs were entirely transparent. The desposit was competitive. I travelled to Dublin with Ryanair. The plane was delayed 17 hours... With quick and efficient communication thanks to Hannah - they sent me a new quote in minutes. The car re reservation because of this was really smooth. Next they there wasn't any surprise at the car hire's office. They also offered me to conclude the situation in a clear email, to reclaim my deposit from my insurance company.

Speedy and helpful advice from Hannah at Clarify. I hire a car from Enterprise Barcelona airpoort each year and even with their loyalty points redemption to obtain a day free I still get a better deal from Clarify. I never buy excess from Enterprise but you will need it (cost me around £15). First, run an excess quote at MoneyMaxim. There is a check box on the way through which you can tick to receive a voucher by email for Clarify Car Hire. Copy it. Then run a quote on their website for your car hire choice and apply the voucher code for the discount. Car is there waiting for us and we pay the balance on collection and add on full insurance at the desk.

Cannot recommend enough!
Cannot recommend enough! As someone who was hiring a car in the USA for the first time I spent days trying to figure out how the US car hire system worked and then trying to find a provider who included the cover I wanted. Clarify provided everything I needed and were able to reassure me about the process, levels of cover included, along with some of the things to expect when picking up the car.

Brilliant from start to finish
Brilliant from start to finish! After booking, I decided I wanted to take the extra cover. Mark Bower arranged a call so we could get it sorted within 5 minutes. Upon arrival at the car hire in Lanzarote, there was a charge I wasn't expecting. Called Clarify and got through to the lovely Mark again, who was able to sort it all out for me. The whole process was so hassle free, and I will use Clarify again in future!

Excellent customer service!
My friends and I had a nightmare when we found out we couldn’t hire the car we had booked with a U.K. driver’s license.
With three days to go, Mark was able to find us a car we could hire in Ireland with a debit card, walked us through our different options and answered our numerous emails within the hour, even in the evening.

Clarify made it very clear indeed!
Booked two cars with them for Portugal (with RecordGo). The customer service agent answered all my emails before I made my decision and was very patient as I kept probing and asking questions. I eventually booked the cars through them which gave me a real peace of mind as they were offering a "total cover" option which allowed zero access and zero deposit and covered me for almost everything. The actual renting process with RecordGo went very smoothly (except they had no idea what I was talking about when I said I paid £24 extra to cover me for the extras that aren't covered with the 'total cover', like misfuelling, lost keys etc. They said this is through Clarify and has nothing to do with them. So again, I was covered but was a bit confusing at that moment). All in all, we were very pleased (we rented two cars as was cheaper than renting a big one for 6-7 people) - the cars were great, the cover was great, the process was great and the value was even better!

For my vacation in Italy I (a Dutch citizen) was looking to hire a car with a debit card instead of a credit card. Came across Clarify and called customer service to ask questions regarding the payment possibilities. At first I was helped very well by Sally who double checked for me if a debit card hire was indeed possible. Continuing the hire process, I ran into a payment problem anyways. Called customer service again and was helped by Mark this time around. Without a doubt Mark has got to be the single best customer service agent in human history. After trying all possible solutions for my case (even emailing the Rental company in Italy for me), it just turned out that Dutch debit cards are not accepted anywhere for car hires, as they are not regular Visa cards or Mastercards.
So even though I couldn't rent a car with Clarify, they deserve this 5-star review for all their effort.
Unfortunately it's too late for this particular vacation, but I will request a credit card and certainly use Clarify in the future!

I tried to contact the car hire company (Europcar) direct to let them know that we would be delayed nearly 48 hours. They didn't respond at all but Mark at Clarify sorted out a Plan B with another company that not only worked brilliantly, it saved me £100.
I cannot speak too highly about this level of service, at what was a very stressful time.

Seamless experience. Everything went as smooth as it could have. I actually called Clarify with a question about a quote and was given advise on how to get an even better deal! Can't fault them one bit and will be using them for all my car hire abroad in the future. You can book with a debit card too, no credit card needed.

Have used these regularly and always recommended them. Unfortunately our recent flight was delayed, which meant that our car hire company had shut without even ringing us (despite them having our flight number). The fact that we had to hire a taxi for four times the cost of the car hire and being told, “that must have been frustrating” - you are not kidding…sorry, you were amazing but let us down in the evening at an airport in a different country…

Excellent Customer Service at Short Notice
First time using Clarify Care Hire to book my Car Hire in Sofia, Bulgaria for a Ski trip to Borovets and I was extremely happy with the customer service I received from a member of the Clarify team, Hannah. I always use my AMEX credit card to book car hire but realised at the last minute, the car hire company I used for my original booking wouldn't accept AMEX. Two day's before my trip, I was able to speak to Hannah and she was able to cancel and re-book my car hire at a very competitive price! I Would definitely recommend Clarify Car Hire!

Absolutely amazing customer service
They have an absolutely amazing customer service. It's the very first time in 15 years of car renting that I found a car rental company/website actually looking after me. I needed winter tyres for this particular trip and Hannah, David and the others have definitely gone the extra mile to help me, taking a proactive and highly personalised approach and customer care that is impossible to find in today's internet market. Highly recommended!! I am totally confident I will use again!!

Fantastic money saving company. They are a brooker but get better deals than booking direct. We booked our car rental in Spain through Centauro, Calrify encourage you to re-run your numbers as many times as you like, if the next quote is better than the one you first booked you just cancel the original and re-book, painless. The original booking is refunded within 24 hours as as you are only paying deposits up front you are only double paying your deposit for less than 24 hours. It is so worth doing as re-booking our Spain trip, 3 times in all saved us over €500 in total! We have a USA trip next week and have already re- run the number twice reducing the cost by $88. If you have any questions, Mark and David immediately answer. I cannot recommend them enough. I worked in the car hire industry for over 15 years and they are so many hidden rip-offs but Clarify make all the charges transparent so you know what you are paying for before you arrive at the rental desk.
