DO NOT PURCHASE THESE FRAMES!!

We ordered this item from the UK and the listing clearly stated that delivery was free. At no point did the listing indicate that there would be additional customs charges. However, when the parcel arrived we were forced to pay **£50 in customs fees** in order to receive it.

When we contacted the seller about this, they showed absolutely no interest in resolving the issue. They refused to refund the charges and their responses were dismissive and extremely poor in terms of customer service.

To make matters even worse, after paying the customs charges and finally receiving the parcel, **EVERY SINGLE FRAME IS SMASHED TO PIECES** due to extremely poor packaging. The items were clearly not packed properly for international shipping.

In our view, the product has been **misleadingly advertised as having free delivery to the UK**, when in reality significant extra costs apply. This should have been clearly stated in the listing so customers could make an informed decision before purchasing.

Overall, the entire experience has been unacceptable. Between the unexpected customs fees, the completely inadequate packaging, and the appalling customer service, this has been one of the worst purchasing experiences we have had.

I would **NOT recommend this seller** and strongly advise purchasing from a reputable company that values its customers and provides honest, transparent information.

They didn’t answer me. I’ve paid for the materials and they just didn’t send and don’t answer. I’ll looking for a lawyer.

I ordered two large frames that were not properly packaged and therefore arrived broken. After contacting customer service, they told me they would not resend the frames and that I had to break them even more and provide a photo. Only then would I get my money back. No further compensation. On top of that, the customer service was unfriendly as well! Definitely not recommended.

I received a plexiglass frame with visible scratches in multiple places, and the back panel was also damaged. I reported the problem and was told to break the frame for a refund. I've never heard of anything like this.

My wife and I ordered seven custom picture frames using Clamaro's customization option. The site was fairly easy to figure out, although the matte / passepartout option could be clarified a bit. In any event, the price was very reasonable (a lot less than a local custom framing store would have been!) and the pieces arrived about a week later (we're based in Berlin).

Everything arrived in good condition and it was easy to put our pictures into the frames. We'll be back for more frames in the future! Highly recommended
