Poor Customer service
When I first started this program, my only critique was the learning curve—when you join the subscription, you are dropped right into wherever the class currently is and forced to figure things out as you go. I have been trading for the past year and struggled a bit with this format. However, that isn’t the reason for my 1-star review.
I am leaving 1 star because of a highly frustrating billing issue and terrible customer service. I canceled my subscription directly through his support portal using the dropdown menu that explicitly says 'cancel membership.' He even sent me an email wishing me well. Yet, a week later, I was charged again.
When I reached out about the erroneous charge, his responses were incredibly vague. After several days, he claimed there was a separate cancellation option somewhere else on the site—even though the support link I used clearly offered it. I tried navigating his site to find what he was talking about, but it didn't work.
After two weeks of back-and-forth messages, he finally told me that Stripe, the payment processor, would take 14 days to issue the refund. I waited, but nothing happened. I have tried messaging him again through his support link (which is the only option, as he does not list a phone number or a direct email, and only sends automated 'no-reply' emails), but I've received no response.
It has now been an entire month. It is incredibly frustrating that someone who claims to make millions of dollars is giving a paying customer such a hard time over a $500 refund for a subscription that was charged after it was canceled. I guess he just doesn't like it when you leave.
