I reported an issue with a code not activating my Windows last night, when I woke up this morning the problem was resolved by CJS CD Keys re-issusing a replacement code which worked first time.
Excellent service and have used this company for many years.

Absolute clowns , key didn't work , asked for either a refund or a key that works, they refused both and said they need to contact supplier, 4 days later I've had to escalate it to PayPal who refunded me , they then had the cheek to email me saying they refunded me FFS lol , no! PayPal did , don't use them use more reputable companies

MS Office Pro Plus CD licence stopped working.
Bought an Office Pro Plus CD licence key 2 years ago and everything worked fine on my Mac until a couple of days ago when I started to receive 'Activate Office 365' messages in all Office apps and I'm now unable to save or edit docs/emails. I hadn't even rebooted my computer between them working and not working. Raised a support request and received what looks like an AI automated reply straight away, which was not helpful. When I replied I received a message to say that they don't provide any support after 12 months. I've also tried several times to reset my password via the website so I can retrieve my licence key but I've not received any emails to allow me to reset it.
I suspect the licence key has now been blocked by MS so BEWARE!! I would strongly recommend you avoid using this website as the licence keys they provide are clearly not reliable
Their response implies I have done something wrong but I haven't done anything. The licence seems to have been revoked. I've never had a software licence that has just stopped working before, even after 3 years. I cannot contact MS because the login credentials I was given are for a business account with an employee login so they will only deal with the account administrator. When I log in to the Microsoft account with the credentials provided it simply says that I only have permission view documents. Very dodgy.

You have guessed that the activation code (which you used to activate your product 3 years ago), caused a random account problem. The best thing you can do is contact Microsoft and ask them what you have done to cause your account to be compromised.

Otherwise it's straight forward and cheaper than anywhere else. Just make sure you check the region and follow the instructions (even if they seem a little odd) and it works without a hitch every time.
