It doesn’t work, Cj scks, I made like $250 dls with Godaddy(another that suck$) and I never got the commission, I waited for 3 months as they said(tooo long) but never received the commission

They closed my account with no legitimate rationale. They did not even reach out to communicate what may have been wrong as I would be happy to fix it if I unintentionally broke one of their rules albeit I am a small blog that is just starting to get traction, especially that I am very focused on growing my own audience, so I can increase my profitability. I didn't even generate many clicks but was trying to just establish relationships and build links so I can profit when I do get a bigger audience.

Why 1 star, because there is no 0 or ---star. this company is fraudulent. Money transfer would be made this week. they deleted my account without asking a single question. They take money from advertisers but they don't send it to you. STAY AWAY

Generally completely unresponsive customer support. Specifically, I was reached out to indicating that my account may be moved to dormancy status and that I needed to respond indicating I wanted to keep my account active. I replied twice and received no response. Much later I discovered my account was dormant, I received no notification of this and had continued to send traffic for the period of which I've not received commission. I've tried to contact the rep who originally reached out to me, CJ's support email address and have received no response. I would highly recommend more reputable and professional affiliate networks.

CJ has removed your Publisher account from the CJ platform. Transactions may be reversed ("charged-back"), and any attempt to rejoin the CJ platform shall be null and void.

Comment: They have absolutely terrible service, I warn another users against wasting time with CJ! It has been my domain, although all the content has been deleted on the basis of my free decision a short time ago. It was approved web site registered at CJ. Warning notice would be polite and it could be adjusted immediately, absolutely the most disgusting approach I have experienced. I'm glad I won't invest my time there.

Avoid Commission Junction at all costs. It's true from the other reviews of what they do as they did it to us. Don't waste your money promoting their merchants as you probably won't see your commission in return. They'll only deactivate your account. This is one network is best left alone there are many others better than these scammers.

I wish I could give -5. I always heard they are pretty scamming in giving out and now I facing the trouble for the same. I never intended to move to CJ. But my advertiser(not revealing) had their own referral program, and everything was going fine for good 5 years. But last year 2019, they thought to switched to CJ and make their life. I insisted the my advertiser support of all known scam from past. They eventually wanted to push to CJ and now I am suffering a lot. After joining CJ, account manager from CJ reached out to me personally to share what types of ideas I have to share with the CJ. I did for all and things went good. I got over 1000 leads in 6 months period and when the locked out period came they keep pushing the date for payout from the beginning onwards. I have over $2500 to payout in locked commisions and $7000 sale in commision period and they only paid $300 after 4 months and don't see any response when I reach out to me. In the meantime, they asking showing new higher rates commision to boost more leads bring more revenue for the platform. I spend almost $3000 in ads and vendor commission. They $300 is not good to payo off my debts which has occurred. I updated the same with my advertiser. Although my advertiser r referral program also pays me other and they lie me my advertiser are adding fund to payout to publishers.

It's getting insane, if there is a way to sue the advertiser, I would to take step forward.

Been with this affiliate for almost 20 years and my site pushes a lot of traffic their way. I have made small amounts of cash, here and there. The bandwidth hogging web site is ridiculously slow and hard to use. Never mind trying to easily find a certain size banner ad; the publishers do not update their graphics enough. I wish they could redesign the site to be better and simpler.

I have been with them for half year in 2019 and then suspended account because no longer needed. I left there around £100. Now I was trying to back and no chance to see my dashboard properly as activation email link doesn't work. And I seen my money went gone. Looks the website is suspended itselff. Stay away.

Scam ; they cut my Access and when i want to change my password they send an empty mail.

They are Scammer, I think if everyone they stole from should come together and files a lawsuit against them. Or let sign petition for them to close their business down

As soon as I started experimenting with the service, I was immediately suspended without any shocks.
They don't have email contacts, just a phone, and I very much doubt that it works.

CJ is a fraud company. They suspended my account with no reason. I had generated thousand of organic real clicks and few sales and leads. They have stolen my $1400 USD.

Total disaster. We spent thousand of pounds and countless hours to set up affiliate program with them, but it turned out to be total waste of time and money. They charge you for every step, but offer little in return. Practically all of their publisher who manage to do any sales are just "cash back" type of sites. Also they charge you for orders that never happened. In short I would say they are just blackmailing company.

NB! Pay attention to the small point in initial agreement, that doesnt let you quit before 12 months. Once you sign, there is no way back at least for 12 months and they charge you minimum 500 pounds per month.

They are the worst company you can work with as an affiliate marketer.

I am publisher. GUI is awfully slow. Provision for sales in 03/2020 is zero, because (as I was told by advertiser) error in CJ system not calculating provisions correctly. Hopefully I get money one day, but not sure about it because it is taking so long. I don't see any reason why should use such a service.

Just an append to my former review. CJ IS indeed a criminal Affiliate site. Now, they have deactivated 200+ websites that a company I admin for have set up for clients. No email warning, only common denominator is the sites were all eligible for payouts. When researching this I found THOUSANDS of horrible reviews asserting the EXACT SAME BEHAVIOR from Commission Junction; deactivated upon potential payout. Amazing. I checked my personal CJ account (WHICH I WILL BE PROMPTLY CLOSING - ONCE I HAVE A GOOD REPLACEMENT - SUGGESTIONS ANYONE?) and mine is fine. Of course, I have NO potential payouts - LOL. SO, STAY AWAY FROM COMMISSION JUNCTION - THEY ARE A CRIMINAL SCAM SITE!

It's so slow that you will spend days just to set few things up. Terrible user experience.
