This company is a complete scam! I will be recruiting other affiliates to join me in filing a class action lawsuit against them. they owed me money and the same day they were supposed to pay me my commission, they removed my account for some bogus reason. This is unacceptable to me! All of these bad reviews over and over about the same types of issues. I wish I would have went on Trustpilot before signing up with them.

I'm baffled as to how this company is still operating. I've been a loyal publisher for 10 years and have generated over $200k in commissions during that time. However, over the past few months, no sales have been registered despite normal traffic flow, and I'm unable to contact anyone for answers. Their phone number is disconnected, and I'm left wondering why reputable brands would continue to work with them.

Fraud!! We earn commissions and they keep cutting them giving various reasons until your balance is zero!

Never affiliating with them again!!

Company is not a scam, in fact when things work they work well but their advertiser support has really gone down hill, they really don't want to work with advertisers when issues occur, it's all pretty much a do it yourself approach, despite having made over $100,000 in override fees. Their locking affiliate commission date of ten days is a nightmare, if you spot an issue after ten days there is no way to rectify the problem, meaning you could loose $1000s in commissions.

Terrible program. Quickly take your money but 0 support and 0 help to fix bugs on the platform meaning its totally useless.

Recommend to avoid this platform.

They never answer support queries, they don't payout, and they can't give you a statement of what was paid out by who - If this isn't a true testament to a scam company - Then I dont know what is - Reporting is nonsense it shows you nothing - I have pulled every report I can and still I dont understand the data as it changes constantly - The statements they provide are so undetailed that you will never be able to see what they have paid out. If you ask them they tell you to ask the affiliate for a report - what company handles money from one to the other and then just simply has ZERO audit trail of funds. You statement will say locked in balance $1000 and they will pay you &400 IF YOU ASK WHY THEY JUST IGNORE YOU - WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD! BELOW IS A HALF-ARSED RESPONSE AND THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO FROM THEM! They know nothing, they steal from publishes

Issues
1. I cannot see what you owe us- Pulling reports is a waste of my time as you constantly change the amounts even when they are locked in.
2. The statuses "Posting date" Event date" and "locking date" change the reports so drastically there is no uniformity or logic.
3. What do the above statuses actually mean? Nothing online about them - I cannot pull a report per affiliate because this status constantly changes the values owing, so how do I know which one is true?
4. How can I have "new" statuses over 7 months old? Goes against what you state on your support page. I have statuses of "new" from a February report. How is this possible?
5. You dont pay us out monthly?
6. You constantly change the commission amounts? How can a report for the same month with different statuses regarding posting and locking dates ect be so drastically different?
7. Your balance sheet is a joke, there are no dates or references to the balance sheet amounts and there is no way to track this with transparency from your end.
8. You don't even give us a monthly report or allow us to pull one that is logical, So how am I supposed to track my commissions and where it actually comes from?
9. Things go from "Locked" status to refund?
10. I have tried calling several times and nobody answer and I am unable to leave a message as the option doesnt work.

Do not use CJ - Our media company has been owed £10k and it has not been resolved for 6 months, the support has been beyond useless, tickets closed without resolution and stock pasted answers and I still have no indication if we will ever get the money owed - Any who states its a SCAM!! it sure is, we worked hard to get our site making money and they have scammed us out of the every penny!!

I am just here to confirm all the negative reviews.
For me it was all good until about half a year ago when they changed the payment from CJ Junction to MMS Holdings. Now, exactly like the other people here have said, even the customer support act like they are part of a scam. If they answer, they will try to avoid sending you proof of payment.

CJ Affiliates is the worst platform I have tried in years. I have sent thousands of clicks, with hundreds of conversions for months and never got paid. I have contacted support countless times and they just evade questions and never give a solution. TOTAL SCAM!

Absolute waste of time. This year alone I got 30k impressions and nearly 400 clicks and not one single sale. Last year it was close to double that figure and I made $30. I never received that money because it didn't reach the payout threshold.

On top of that because I hadn't made a sale within a certain time period they took my money for "administration" purposes.

Word of advice, DO NOT waste your time or valuable advertising space with this crowd. Find someone else that will be worth your while.

Scam Scam Scam, Does Not Pay! They Are Crooks!

Registering is pretty hard and the support doesn't answer at all.

This company is a scam, everyone needs to be aware of how this company lies and takes from people and do not pay back and try to find way to hold your money.

Customer support (are soo rude and most of the times when you contact them, the average response time is more than 30 days), or you want your money...to simply disappear (yep, exactly happened to me - £2,363 I know just vanished just like that and they refuse to give me back my money.

After reading the reviews here, I now see that I'm not the only one that the support is not responding to or helping at all. Once the sale was done, they stopped responding all together, for the next person thinking about working with CJ, DON'T!

They didn't make the $300 commission payment that has been waiting for about 2 months, and 3 days ago, they dropped half of the $300 payment from the balance without any explanation. I contacted to complain about this situation. And in return they closed my account and extorted my money.
The reason they closed my account was that it was "below the standards of my website". Standard scam CJ my honest business website has a 10x higher standard.
Don't work with CJ, don't let them steal your money.
CJ is remorseful, CJ is a swindler.

If you want to never get response from the Customer support (and you very likely will need to contact them, the average response time is more than 30 days), or you want your money...to simply disappear (yep, exactly happened to me - 150 dollars vanished like they were never there), or you want to get your money stuck in CJ system WITHOUT ANY chances or options to get them - welcome abroad! Or and also, if you want to have old fashioned, slooooow dashboard and account, that are barely accessible from mobile. Was with CJ for 1 years and never will come back - they still owe me money, but as you can guess - they don't respond :) Please, be aware, and vote for so many other platforms!

It suffices to go on ANY blogger's groups on Facebook to get dozens and hundreds of reviews like mine. Unfortunately, it is still happening in 2022.

no one responds to emails, £1000s are owed, when you finally get a response CJ support blames the advertisers for not being funded, and the advertisers just ignore the publishers.

CJ are supposed to reach out to them too but apparently they are also ignored. Its a shambles, and everyone involved seems to be unprofessional and unknowledgeable

It's been more than 3 months and I still haven't received a payment issued by CJ.
