That's a TERRIBLE CHEATING Company-Beware of!
That's a terrible cheating Company.
Because a little accident on the back pushar of the rented car, Cizgi charged me Türkish Lira 14000!
Even I had specially a full coverage insurance without any costs.

I had a car rental booking with Çizgi Rent a Car at Adnan Menderes Airport through Booking.com. I specifically reserved a manual hatchback (Citroën C3 or similar) due to the driver’s needs.
When my wife went to pick up the car, she was asked to sign the contract first and only then informed that the reserved category was unavailable. Instead, she was forced to choose between a manual sedan or an automatic car, both of which she cannot drive.
The staff showed no responsibility and had a “take it or leave it” attitude. Worse, the car was marked as “delivered” in the system even though no vehicle was taken.
This caused serious travel disruption and emotional stress. Booking.com eventually processed a full refund, but the experience with this rental company was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
Hired a car from Australia to have for 25 days to travel to FETHİYE, Kas and other destinations.
Pick up was very easy at the airport, we were in the car and away in 10 minutes, got a flat tyre while driving called the help number and was assisted straight away.
Drop off was 5:30am in the morning due to our flight which was no problem as they operate 24/7 from Antalya airport literally just outside the terminal we parked the car and walked across 50 metres and we were in the terminal.
Highly recommend these guys, fair price, brand new car.
I called the Cizgi company 2 or 3 weeks before our travel and reserved a car for between the 24th of May to 3rd of June 2023 from Diyarbakir Airport to Sabiha Airport in Istanbul. They registered my request and sent me confirmation for a Citroen C3 for 31 euros daily. we planned our travel based on having the car at this specific time. A day before arriving at the Airport of Diyarbakir I even called them and told them that we will come to your office in Diyarbakir with an hour delay. they again sent me a new confirmation based on the new arriving time. but when we arrived at their office in Diyarbakir, they told me that they can not accept my international driving license because its date should be for more than 3 years ago!? I told them that by the rules with this license, I have the right to drive a car in your country for 6 months from my arrival date and any company is not giving international license for more than 3 years. They said that we can not trust you!! I accepted and told them that ok, then we want to change our request to the name of my wife who is holding a European driving license for more than 20 years. They rejected it and told us that we can not trust her too?!!! without bringing a reason. They said that we have in our rules that there is no promise that we can provide a car for you!!!
An office beside them "Rent and Go" company, suggested to us a same-class car as we requested from Cizgi for 85 euros daily. I understood the trick that Cizgi is trapping with low prices and playing this game and they knew that travelers are planning based on their promises and they don't have lots of choices. we've booked our hotels and we couldn't change the plan.
we did an agreement based on my wife's license with Rent and go for 70 euros per day for the same-class car and they accepted my license too for 2 euros daily more easily. Later traffic police in Turkey checked my license several times at checkpoints and they didn't say even a word.
It is clear to me that these two companies are playing this game and Cizgi was a trap for us.
