Exactness, comfort, warnings about toilets were advantages. But it is possible to give more information about places where we have been.

We got lost meeting our group as place of meeting was an obscure place which when asked, the locals had no idea, yet it was kiddie corner to the Hilton regency, which was well known. Had that been in directions provided we would have made it on time. Long story short, we were 5 minutes late, they didn’t wait and I lost 200 euros as they wouldn’t reschedule or return my money. This was for Paris trip to Versailles.

Very interesting guide

Our beefeater was amazing and taught us so much history and was hilarious as well! We had the absolute best time and cannot recommend enough!

Our booking was changed to a different day and then cancelled. We are left hanging with all the emails and all the booking references that the world could ask for and the tour guide seriously could not give a flying monkeys.

As they cancelled the booking I don’t even have the joy of complaining on their website, so here I am whining on here.

We would have like that the guide spelled our language. There was some points of the tour that weren't completely clear and it would have been a moré grateful experience if the tour was in spanish. Also, on other tours we've done, the guides gave us some radios to listen through the crowds, so it also would be better if you included that. overall, it was a grate experience and we would come back.

We were not excited about having a tour guide when we booked. That all changed the second we met ours. Nicola (spelling?) was INCREDIBLE. 10/10. He knows his stuff, he was kind and patient and he has a great sense of humor. It is evident that he’s loves what he does! The sights on the tour are so much to take in, to the point of it being almost overwhelming. Nicola told us what we would be looking at and where to look for things. I hope all tour guides are as great as he is or people are just wasting their money. 😊

Paula was our guide and she lead our tour too 3 locations in Italy her knowledge of the places visited was expansive and made for a great experience of a tour.

Very nice and kompetent guides gave us lots of interesting information. Also made us laugh and wonder in the best possible ways. Really appreciated it. I'll be back.

Our guide was knowledgeable and very professional. Her tour was extremely fact-filled and engaging.

Oskana was our guide and for 3 hours she shared with our group of 10 her superb Vatican and Sistine chapel knowledge. So helpful and informative. Would highly recommend the tour but don’t go on a Wednesday as you can’t access St. Peter’s Basilica due to the Papal address.

The whole experience was very enjoyable. There wasn't too much walking, so wasn't exhausting.
You get to see the guards changing from different points.
The best part was the guide. We got Catherine and she was funny, knowledgable and provided a fantastic experience. Would recommend!

A really nice morning walk to the Buckingham Palace to see the guards' exchange.
Despite we already have seen a part of it before, our tourguide Umar was able to share a lot og background stories and details which were new to us. Also, he had the perfect timing to show us the guards passing very close by. Last but not least, Umar is really fun, we did not have one boring moment throughout our entire walk.

A big thanks to Alberto for taking us on our tour. His knowledge was thorough however what I personally liked was how professional he was and the passion he showed with us with good energy. Thanks Alberto and City Wonders! T&J - Australia.

What a great tour. Deborah gave an excellent overview of all of the highlights of the duomo as well as the surrounding areas. The viewing of the last supper was amazing and Deborah did an incredible job explaining the history and nuances.

Very convenient and informative tour with very friendly staff. The location meetup was very easy to navigate to and they take care of transportation between tours. The bus is big and has HVAC, so it was a nice while resting between stops. Alberto was our tour guide and I loved his spirit. Great experience!

We were led by Joseph for our Buckingham palce tour and what an awesome guide he was! Knowledgeable, humorous and very informative. We loved every minute of the tour and I would definitely recommend Joseph as a tour guide!

Knowledgeable guide with a smile, very friendly, specially dramatic Yeoman Warder and welcoming helpful staff made for a very enjoyable experience, fulfilling a lifelong dream to see the Crown Jewels and the Tower of London

Amazing experience, Alberto did an amazing job as a guide, very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recomend this tour and if you are lucky enough to have Alberto as your guide you will have a fantastic day!

If I could give -100 stars I would. One of
Their tour guides publicly and LOUDLY chastised me for getting on a PUBLIC tram “with her group without asking”. It’s a PUBLIC transit system…

I said “this is a public transport system” and she said “it’s a PRIVATE SERVICE!!!” And was yelling.

And she yelled “GET OFF!”

It literally couldn’t have been more inappropriate and humiliating!
