Very Bad, Did not start on time, had us wait in the rain. Headset did not work an refused any type of Refund. Avoid and go with someone else!

17. July: This is a well organised tour which wound its way through the labyrinth of Pere Lachaise cemetery. It was very well directed by our tour guide, Becky, who spoke knowledgeably about each grave whilst allowing us time to linger and maybe to take photos. She was happy to answer questions. She made the experience most enjoyable!

Had recently an interview scheduled with them and they cancelled it without informing me. Very unprofessional

This company offer was through Viator. We paid £155 for 2 skip the line visits to St Marks Basilica and Doge Palace Venice on Wednesday 5th July. It was a 10am meet to a street address we arrived at the area name on the “where to meet” Knowing the area from a visit the day before I sent an e mail to the “Questions please contact us” with the question what specific point is the meeting point. No reply on that one, so my wife and I spent 10 minutes scouring the street which was busy looking out for CW.
I saw one person with a small triangle City Wonders flag on a stick trying to stop her was hard work eventually she said not my tour. No help whatsoever. I started ringing CW at the number i had my options were press button 1 or 3.
No answers from either but strangely enough 2 was for new bookings which was answered straight away. By this time it was 10.31, i was the told 2 lies, the guide had tried to ring us NO, the guide, was wearing a blue jacket certainly the rude unhelpful person earlier was not in a blue jacket. However the 14.45 was full but we can offer you tomorrow. We left Venice 06.30 the next day.
Unfortunately on 3rd we were pick pocketed and cash was stolen with the total lack of customer care by City Wonders and a clear message to wriggle out of any responsibility to us and make us any refund, clearly we have been robbed for a second time.
Having unfortunately now seeing through Trustpilot CW have 49% bad ratings between 0-3
I am amazed anyone would trust them. I see other complainants on the reviews were treated the same. Do not book City Wonders unless you want a 51% chance of a successful tour.

My husband and I took the Tuscany day trip with 3 course lunch and wine tasting and everything was amazing!!! I hope if you decide to book you are blessed enough to have Enrica as your guide. She was so comforting, pleasant, and refreshing and you can tell she enjoys what she does. Enrica is knowledgeable and just a sweet soul overall. The scenery is picturesque, the food delicious, and the wine pours generous. There is some uphill walking but it’s paced to please. You’ll love the shopping and the wonderful village and history. Just book it!!
I forgot to add, Antonio was our driver and he was just as wonderful.

Amazing tour of the colosseum, Roman forum and palatine hill! Our tour guide Patrick with city wonders was incredible. Such a lovely and kind man which made the experience even better, we learned so much and really enjoyed the day. We had an amazing time and highly recommend. Thank you Patrick for an amazing tour, from the Ireland family!

Our driver Barrington and guide Robert were fantastic. Barrington made the trip very smooth and went out of his way to make the tour comfortable. Robert's passion for history shines through in his descriptions of the people, places, and events surrounding the sites on our tour (Bath, Windsor, and Stonehenge).
If I were to book again, I'd gladly take Barrington and Robert as driver and guide, but I'd only try to visit two of the sites in one day. Despite being a very long day, there isn't enough time to take in each location.

Barrington was a great driver, always safe and had snacks and cold drinks for us. Robert was a great historian. He was very knowledgeable and his timing was perfect. We would have loved to have more time at Stonehenge as it was a bit rushed. Overall, it was a great day!

Our bus driver Barrington and guide Robert were awesome! We learned tons of history and information about the places we visited in England. They gave great directions and it was planned nicely.

Robert went god mode with the stories, and Barrington was top tier behind the wheel. Bro thought he was baby driver for a second.

We had a great time. They were on time and we enjoyed every sight. The driver, Barrington, was a very careful driver, and Robert was an excellent history narrator. We learned a lot about history and really recommend this tour. It was fast paced but you got to see three great sights in one day.

Did a whole day tour from London to Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath. Overall I really enjoyed the experience but do prepare because it was very rushed at some points. Our tour guy Robert and bus driver Barrington were great and did everything they could to make it enjoyable even with some long waits.

Our tour guide Robert & driver Barrington were fantastic. The tour information from Robert very much enhanced our experience at Stonehenge, Bath & Windsor Castle. They both were super down to earth, knowledgeable & fun. We highly recommend this excursion to see & learn a lot in just one day. Awesome company & staff!

Robert & Barrington were great. Lots of history and facts. Snacks too. Busy day. Wear running shoes.

Cristina took us through the optimal experience of the Versailles Chateau - as a family open with little expectation other than to learn- and with care to safeguard us from the stress of getting things done.
She guided us in a breezy yet succinct presentation of the otherwise overwhelming experience; she made facts interrogative to solidify our grasp of information take-away.
She focused on our experience of a tasteful impression, rather than the gravity of facts.
We were all enriched with the time spent with Cristina.

Our guide, Saeed, is the best tour guide I have encountered! His story telling abilities are amazing! I wish I had a history teacher like this!!! He was also very accommodating and made all of the 42 tourists feel heard and noticed. Very, very impressed. He made the tour so much more.
