Paul saved me with a last minute moving cancellation, he was immediately available to confirm on the same day and helped make a stressful moment much easier, and his assistance in helping me transport all my belongings was seamless, helpful and a very lovely man to chat with during the van trip. Highly recommended and will definitely be using again in the future!

Had to move out of a flat with a planned key returning time and with a originally booked mover service, which it didn't show up and weren't able to contact driver either.
10 minutes in getting a quote with CityVan and a quick response from Paul on Whatsapp, managed to book and send out a van in an hour and a half.

A brilliant and punctual experience with Paul from City Van… he arrived and was waiting outside 15 mins before our scheduled pick up time and the removal itself was quick, professional and safe… I had a lot of delicate items, but everything arrived securely… thank you for the stress free move! The removal uses in our block were very rude to a neighbour who questioning their approach to building security in our central lindon apartments.

I had a really positive experience with Paul during my recent move, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. I had explained my sensitive home situation in advance, and he handled everything with incredible calmness and professionalism, even when things became a little chaotic.

What an absolute delight CityVan does what it says on the tin.

I had to move storage facilities and was going to do it myself in several trips over 3 days. On a whim I decided to ring a couple of people to get a rough estimate of costs and got no further than Paul.

Engaging, polite, friendly and no flannel.

It was pouring with rain and pretty grim. No complaints. Job done in good time with a smile and a bit of banter.
