I used Citystay for visiting relatives that I was unable to accommodate at home. The service was excellent, right from the first call to their arrival at the apartment. There was a very good welcome pack, everything was spotless and nothing was too much trouble. So much cheaper than booking them into a hotel and it enabled us to use the apartment as a base during our excursions. Really well done.
