Fabulous customer service.
Tony at the Cardiff branch was so helpful. We went in to the showroom having a vision of what we wanted but no real idea how to achieve this. He listened and was able to bring it to life - advised on what would work and what wouldn't. Real practical advice and no hard sell. Post sale communications has been great too; arranging delivery of the first item we needed quickly, and then ensuring we had the rest in a timely manner. Would thoroughly recommend.

What a refreshing experience from a knowledgeable and extremely helpful bathroom designer. Nothing was too much trouble and Vikki did her utmost to source exactly what we required for our Bathroom. I can't recommend her highly enough. A fantastic experience.

Order was never delivered, emails were ignored.

I ordered a new pedestal, which arrived broken, I contacted PlumNation to arrange a replacement . The very next day I had a call from City Plumbing Nottingham to say replacement would be delivered that day! Excellent service, new pedestal arrived on time in good condition! Can’t fault either company!

My online order has been cancelled on 3 July due to out of stock, email stated that refund will be show in 5-7 working days.
On 15 July, support ticket send to customer service because I still not get back the refund. Today is 22 July, neither refund nor customer service reply.

Nicola in Kettering was excellent from start to finish, knowledgable with products and suggestions and ultimately helped us create our new bathroom exactly how we imagined. We couldn’t recommend her enough.

Extremely poor service from Ashley at the Derby showroom , placed an order and was an absolute mess. Unprofessional and very rude and tries to throw it back onto the customer when it’s his error.

Very bad experience from start . Ordered a new Worcester boiler supposed to be next day delivery I phoned next day asking for a time of delivery. Was told I missed the cut off time and will get it Monday morning . Nothing came waited till Thursday than called them only to be told out of stock item yet still selling online . They said we will issue refund. No refund no communication at all . Called following week told the same it will be send waited a few days no refund ! Called again they said there was a problem refunding and will send by bacs I provided all information but still no refund it’s now 3 weeks and passed without my money. I’ve had to now go the card company to retrieve my money from these cowboys . I’m sure I’m not the only person experiencing this . Very bad company with very bad behaviour no morals at all no communication

Jenny at City Plumbing (Leeds) has been great to work with. We’ve worked with her on two bathroom projects now and she’s been brilliant on both occasions. Jenny really helped with the design process and product choices. Jenny kept us up to date on delivery dates etc and has been excellent to deal with throughout. Also very happy with the products - very competitive prices. Would highly recommend.

Ordered part. Week later got email to inform me that the part is no longer available. Checked on their website it's still showing as available. Says something about a company's customer service when your email query on this has a response saying there will be a delayed response because of the volume of correspondence customer service are dealing with - indicating systemic service issues. One to avoid is my advice

From the moment we walked in, we were made very welcome. Aimee was very helpful and attentive without being pushy in any way. Went through all our options and choices. Even to the extent of me lying in a bath to make sure it was the comfortable size. Highly recommend you visit.

I ordered items Monday 29th and expected them after 3 days as notified. A week later, after no delivery I checked the tracking and it said that the order had been returned to sender. I checked on the website and it said my order had been delivered even though the tracking also shows returned to sender.

I have rung on numerous occasions but never seem to move up the queue, and so far 4 emails have gone unanswered. I tried the chat bot but that just asks for details so it can passed on to customer services who are the same people who have ignored my emails.

I am left with no alternative but to request a chargeback from my credit card.

I really do not understand why companies treat paying customers with such contempt.

From beginning to end, Tina at City Plumbing was so accommodating, professional and helpful. From the design service to help with the choosing of the parts and the order, nothing was ever too much trouble. Contacting a bathroom company to remodel our bathrooms had always been a daunting thought until we made the choice to step into Stirling’s City Plumbing branch and into the world of Lynsey and her team. Lynsey’s professionalism and attention to every little detail from outset in combination with her personal approach was outstanding and resulted in 2 absolutely amazing bathrooms. 5 stars overall and for proving that the art of customer service is still highly important to some companies out there. Excellent attention from Nicola at Kettering branch, nothing was too much trouble and together we created a bathroom design which I am really pleased with .

I went into CPS in Kettering not really knowing what I wanted for my new bathroom, and overwhelmed by the choice available.
After a couple of appointments with Nikki it all came together, and I am so thrilled with the end result.
Nikki guided me through the whole process, helping me coordinate everything and giving excellent advice and ideas, which took the stress out of it .
So I’ve now got the bathroom I dreamed of! Thank you so much.

Vicki at Newton Abbot branch has gone over and above helping me with my bathroom design sourcing items specifically for me and moving my delivery date at the last minute after a change of plan with me builders couldn’t have asked for better service. Would highly recommend

Waited 4 days for a click and collect order at the Trentham store ,went in the store to collect and waited for 8mins in an empty store whilst workers literally walked past and carried on with what they were doing . Finally get seen and told there is only 1 available and I ordered 3. First and last time using City plumbing .

We were looking for sanitary ware for our bathroom renovation and wanted to buy quality products to make sure that the finish was to a high standard and lasted. We went to the Kettering branch and met Nicola who bent over backwards to make sure that everything was right, she went above and beyond to not only specify all the products we would need but also that they matched and complimented the tiles we had chosen elsewhere. Once our order was placed and the time drew near the delivery was arranged for exactly when we needed it and was professionally placed in the area we had set aside.
From beginning to end our experience with the Kettering branch and Nicola was nothing short of excellence, we have been advising people we know that this is the place to go for a high quality professional bathroom sales experience.

What bunch of cowboys, who promise to help and don't. Ordered solar panels early Friday evening their system crashes. Ring CS nobody there, ring Plymouth branch Saturday morning, lots of promises made, all lies.
Totally unreliable avoid, they will end up costing you money.
