Chaos

I don’t see the point of booking a ticket on line when your bus conductor in the queue you’re waiting in allows people to purchase a ticket and board the bus before you, thus resulting in the bus being full.
There should be 2 queues one for ticket holders and one for the rest

Thank you for your feedback, our drivers/stance staff are supposed to call up ticketed passengers to board first and then accept non ticketed passengers. I am sorry to hear this didn't happen on this occasion.
