Quite expensive compared to others in the market place, with no support on training or the system unless you want to pay for it. We had no visits from their area team all of the time we had the product so eventually we switched to Edynamix who are cheaper and have a much better product with a cracking support team!

Steph Bedford is by far the most helpful and professional member of the CitNow team. I did have issues with dealing with head office however she came down and sorted my problems then and there, she is always on hand. A credit to the company and team.

BEWARE of CitNow Auto Renew contracts! Im disappointed to have to write such a review on an automotive company, as if the job isn't hard enough in the trade. I NEVER write reviews on a company, especially negative ones and those in the same industry! Even if I have had a poor experience.
HOWEVER other dealers need to be warned about CitNow and their autorenew contracts which are a complete con. The last time I got shafted with one of these auto-renew contracts was with an advertising company who had a terrible reputation for doing the same thing (had only have i checked online reviews prior to signing that agreement.)
I have been a loyal paying customer of CitNow and have been for 2 years. Aware my 2 year contract was up I opted to look at an alternative solution. Duly signed a 30 day rolling contract with the new provider and notified Citnow in writing that I wish to cancel now that my 2 years has expired.
The following day, I receive an email from my apparent account manager (who I've never until now had any correspondence with in the whole 2 years) who advises me that Im signed in to another 2 years as haven't given written notice 30 days prior to my 24 months being up!
I respond to the email politely advising that with all due respect I don't take time out of the working week to review what supplier contracts may be coming to an end, and those companies that may be trying to have me over with an 24 month auto-renew contract.
After 2 or 3 emails back and forth complaining, they reduce the 24 month contract to 3 months "as a goodwill gesture." I advise im obviously happy to pay for the 1 month's notice (even though im now not using the service anyway) but im not paying them an additional 2 months when ive seen out my 2 years agreed contract. OUT OF PRINCIPLE!
I've gone on to say that should the new provider not work out, or functionality not be as id hoped that I would HAPPILY be returning to CitNow anyway.
I confirmed however I WOULDN'T return unless a sensible commercial decision was taken on my complaint. In short they weren't interested, even after it was reviewed by senior management, twice.
Still Citnow pursued me for the money and the remaining 2 months not wanting to budge.
On the final payment demand I re confirmed my utter disbelief in their commercial decision. I also reluctantly advised id be reviewing the company accordingly so that other car dealers don't fall foul to this auto renew contract, giving CitNow the opportunity to re-review the policy on my case and others in the future. Again Not interested.
So here I am, reluctantly reviewing a company after giving them every opportunity to do the sensible thing. I don't know whats worse, the auto-renew contract con, the fact they just dont care, the fact i've had to take an hour out of my evening to write this review, or the fact im now officially a keyboard warrior! However rest assured im not your typical warrior I have far better things to be doing with my life as we all do.
Think twice before signing with CitNow. My recommendation is Gardx B2see - Great product, more functionality and 30 day rolling contract.
Enjoy my £600 CitNow - Im so disappointed ive had to write this review - massive let down from all angles on your part. You need to re-review your policies and how to look after customers going forward.
