A real tool in a complicated area

Form I-751
I initially filled out the I-751 form on my own. After reading the instructions several times, I wasn't sure if I needed to complete all boxes. I decided to play it safe and fill the form out using CitizenPath. I am so glad I did. The form I filled out on my own was not accurate. It was easy to use and much less expensive than our immigration lawyer.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Unfortunately USCIS designs many of these forms will sections which are deceiving. They don't mean to trick people. But people do answer with incorrect information if not guided with the proper instructions.
Essentially all they did was fill in the form for you. A waste of money
Not worth the money. All they did was fill out the form for you. The cover letter was helpful. They did not bother to respond to some questions i had( this is promised with the paid forms)

Only US phone numbers?
Needed phone number for person immigrating, somehow UI only allows for US phone numbers, for the person that likely doesn't have a US phone number, I had to get a secondary program just to edit the finished PDF file

Sorry for your frustration, but you are dealing with a USCIS limitation, not a CitizenPath design flaw. The government purposely limits this field to 10-digits. (Check the PDF yourself at www.uscis.gov/i-864) For customers that are not comfortable with this, we do override it manually. But it doesn't look like you ever emailed us for support. You paid for a our service. Please take advantage of the expert support that comes with it. We could have saved you some time and frustration.

I had lost my copy of the document and years later they were able to help me with the copy. Now I'm preparing to do my N400 application and I would not go anywhere else!
