I never received my parcel. The Customer Service never answered my emails. Don't use this company !

Just to add my experience to everybody else’s!
This company claims to have been unable to locate our address - contrary to GLS, DPD, Colissimo, even Amazon!
Impossible to contact them either by telephone (5calls), email (4 emails) or sms (5 messages).
As a result I requested and obtained reimbursement of my purchase (never delivered).
WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL USERS: Never use this company which is a phantom scam which floods the hemisphere with undelivered items sent to waste sites.

What a scam

I think this is the worst delivery company ever. The customer service they never answer on the phone and email.

There is no information saying who delivers parcels which are sent to Cirro, the tracking says delivery will be in 1-2 days but I can't sit around for 2 days waiting.
I've emailed customer service asking if I can collect the package from the depot but I've not had any response, and the online chat is all automated. There is never a customer support agent online no matter what time of the day you try.

My @TEMU parcel has never been delivered. I’ve tried to contact your customer service multiple times by telephone and emails but received no response at all. This lack of communication and service is unacceptable for a logistic company. I request immediate clarification, a proper update, and compensation for the undelivered package.
