My wife and I were extremely pleased with the service provided by the Beverley Clinic, where my son Ali was recently circumcised. The entire process was smooth and conducted with the utmost professionalism, starting from the pre-operative advice and ending with the aftercare support.

I was particularly impressed with the efficiency of the procedure itself which was carried out by Dr Haidar Al-Ali and his colleague (also named Haidar). It was a quick, painless experience for my son and for that I am grateful.

The lady at reception was also kind and supportive and helped us to feel at ease.

If I were to be blessed with another son, God-willing, I will most certainly bring him to the Beverley Clinic.

Very happy! We went for our newborn circumcision. The procedure was very straight forward and we had constant support by the clinic. We were offered another appointment to review the ring and remove it but it came off by itself eventually. Very good support overall, would highly recommend.

I chose this clinic based on the large number of positive reviews online, which gave me confidence initially. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing and quite concerning.

From the moment I arrived, the clinic felt rushed and disorganised. It was clear they were trying to move patients through as quickly as possible, and I felt like my appointment was being squeezed in rather than handled with proper care and attention.

During the consultation, the doctor seemed more focused on recording a video than properly explaining the procedure. As a parent, this was very unsettling. Clear communication is essential, especially when it involves a child.

I was then informed—only after entering the room—that due to my son’s medical condition, a senior doctor would need to perform the procedure, and I would have to pay an additional £100. While I understand that medical situations can change, the way this was communicated felt abrupt and lacked empathy. It came across as “pay more or leave,” which was quite distressing in that moment.

The procedure itself was completed very quickly, and immediately afterwards I was rushed out. My son had barely settled, and I wasn’t even given time to dress him properly. I was asked to step outside because the next patient was already waiting. This raised serious concerns for me about patient care, hygiene, and whether proper cleaning protocols were being followed between patients.

While the clinic appears very strong in terms of presentation and online presence, my personal experience did not reflect the level of care suggested by the reviews. I would encourage other parents to look beyond ratings and consider how much importance is placed on communication, transparency, and patient-centred care.

I understand the clinic may respond to this review, but I want to be clear that this is my genuine experience on the day. Nothing can change what I and my child went through.

Overall, the experience felt more transactional than caring, and I would strongly advise other parents to carefully consider their options before choosing this clinic.

For anyone considering circumcision for their son, I highly recommend this clinic. My son recovered well within three days following his procedure.

We were very anxious taking our 7‑year‑old, and Dad was anxious too, but we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, which immediately put us at ease. The doctor and nurse were talking and laughing with our son, helping everyone relax. After the procedure he felt some pain, which we were told was normal, and he soon felt okay. Everything was handled with great care and was over in around 10 minutes. Recovery is going well and we’re truly grateful — thank you so much.

Very professional staff. We went there for our two boys 5 weeks and 4 years old. Everything went smoothly. The girl at the reception, Rita i thinks is her name, was so helpful and kind, she reassured me that everything was going well. Really appreciate she followed up couple of times after the procedure. I first contacted The Beverley Clinic to enquire about circumcision for my one-month-old son and spoke with a lovely woman called Rita. From the very first call, she went above and beyond to reassure me and provide thorough, clear information. I also want to highlight how well thought out the clinic’s website is — you can genuinely find everything you need, from detailed explanations of the procedure and aftercare advice to helpful videos on what to expect. There is even clear guidance on how to get to the clinic by both car and public transport, which was incredibly helpful.
When we arrived on the day of the procedure (my son is now four days post-circumcision), the clinic was extremely clean, calm, and welcoming. We were greeted by a lovely young woman who explained exactly what was needed from me and took the final payment, which made the process feel smooth and stress-free.
Shortly after, I was taken into the clinic room where I met Dr Samir Al Ali. Being able to stay in the room during the procedure was incredibly reassuring. Dr Ali was beyond professional — he talked me through everything clearly and calmly, step by step, throughout the entire procedure. The circumcision itself took no more than 15 minutes, and my son was comfortable throughout.
I have honestly never been more satisfied with the level of care, precision, and professionalism shown by a doctor. I was given clear aftercare instructions and information on what to do should any concerns arise.
The following day, I received a call from Rita to check in on my son and see how he was doing — something I didn’t expect at all, but which genuinely meant so much. Once again, she was kind, caring, and reassuring.

My son got circumcised at this clinic and the whole procedure was straight forward. The staff had very good communication and explained everything in detail. My sons circumcision went exceedingly well. The clinic was clean and the staff was professional. You are given guidance papers, with pictures, on what to expect and how to handle it. Customer service was excellent. The clinic called us the next day to check up on baby and also on the 14th day mark to check if the ring has fallen off. This level of care is unimaginable. I could not have recommended this company enough. It deserves 6 stars 🤩.
