Excellent attentive staff always pleasant and very helpful. Initial appointment in just over a week, operation scheduled for just over two weeks after.Left total hip replacement under epidural I can totally recommend the epidural as opposed to a general anaesthetic. Smaller scar than is usual and I didn’t have any painkillers after. The hospital I attended was Droitwich Spa , Circle group.

It was the length of time waiting for someone to take my second blood test as my first didn’t produce any. The first member of staff didn’t put the needle in a vein !

Worth it.
Although we paid for the consultation, it was very worthwhile as we finally got a diagnosis that made sense. The whole process was quick and efficient, staff were friendly and the consultant listened, examined and diagnosed. We came away with a treatment plan and a Plan B if necessary, but he felt we wouldn't need to see him again or have expensive tests which I was concerned might be suggested. Very happy with the service and would consider Circle Bath again should the need arise.
Confidence in the diagnosis
Promptness, politeness and professionalism.
Mr Craig Murray, ENT, was everything I would expect in a medical professional.
He explored my concerns and my expectations. He explained the tests I would undergo and how to respond.
Came away relaxed and confident in his diagnosis.
A very thorough examination
A very thorough examination, treatment and treatment plan given. My leg injury healed quickly and I could return to exercise and I haven’t looked back. I am very grateful for Amar’s expertise and help.
Welcoming staff
Welcoming staff and a clean, well maintained environment. Lovely garden areas too.

Dreadful experience at the Lincoln Hospital
A NHS referral for a routine arm opp. On the waiting list for a year and then a letter to say have been taken off the list and nothing more they can do! My husband had been offered two cancellation dates by this hospital, both of which were whilst we were on holiday (booked and payed for prior to the initial consultation). Never received a letter with a date for the operation!
The complaint we raised was a complete waste of time. We received a phone call from the quality manager who must have a second job as a politician.
Clearly this hospital is happy to take NHS referrals, but they are squeezed in when they cancellation dates from private patients. Subsequently your health is left to deteriorate whilst you sit on the waiting list for a year! Only to find yourself back at square one, back to see your GP! It’s truly scandalous! No wonder so much money is wasted in the NHS.
Complained to the commissioners who didn’t even bother responding to the letter! Says it all really! Incompetence throughout!
Further to the response to this feedback. We have absolutely no faith in the hospital or the complaints procedure! And won’t be wasting any more of our valuable time!
