I received bogus emails saying that I had money available to withdraw. I had already asked them to delete my data - a request which they clearly ignored. They have my phone number and email address at least.
Anything that circle is associated with…
Anything that circle is associated with should be avoided. They stole money from me. Stole my fork fiat currencies, froze my account, sent me to customer service black hole of arrogance. They are thieves, plain and simple.

Customer Service is INCOMPETENT
This review is for Circle.com, the company that exchanges USD for the stablecoin USDC. I cannot recommend this company because staffers like Gaetano are incompetent yet stay employed even though they cannot answer simple questions. Requests for replacement staffers who are more competent go unanswered. If new customer enquiries cannot be properly answered, good luck if there's ever a problem! You'll be Skrilled! (Note the pun.. Skrill is the only company I've seen who is worse than Circle.)
Summary: cannot even answer new customer enquiries correctly. If you send your money to them after this warning, it's on you. You've been warned.
I first gave this game a 5 +
I first gave this game a 5 + because it was so addictive. I even play 8 hours straight only to be disappointed. I like 2 cents getting the 100.00 gift cards. It has made me think it's all a scam. I really hope it is not and that the team of the circle jump games will just make it right. A loyal gamer.
I've been trying to withdraw my money…
I've been trying to withdraw my money from Circle for about a month. Their policy forces me to wire money to them from my other bank before they allow me to withdraw money from Circle to that bank (already strange). I went ahead and did this despite the $30 USD fee. After a week of Circle claiming they didn’t receive the wire I contacted my other bank which confirmed Circle accepted the wire 7 days earlier and provided all the details. I provided this to Circle, then they responded saying that they canceled the wire and therefore charged me a $50 wire cancellation fee!!! And now they say they will not release my money to me unless I send another wire (which will result in $30-$80 in additional fees). And they also stated that, if my bank (Wells Fargo) wires in a certain format, they just won’t be able to receive the wire or release my funds.
Trying to scam people as they're on their way out...
Made an account and can't remember when. Now getting 'dormancy fee' threat emails for the 50p that they put into the account when it opened. Too bad I never put my bank details in so I don't know how they'll charge me. If you're in the same situation don't try and cash out as half the time people here have said it didn't work and now Circle have their bank details from their attempt.
Stay far far away from these scammers
Stay far far away from these scammers. If I could give them -5 stars I would.
They are refusing to verify my account after I sent them all they required, Passport scan, dl scan, selfie, whatever. They kept my account locked with 0.19 btc in and are not responding to tickets anymore. KYC/AML was not required back when I signed up in 2017, they said that users will be free to cashout they funds if they did not want to send them all that information, basically another lie.
Never use them unless you never want to see your money again. I complained to my state's congressman and senators and will also file complaints with the SEC, FINRA. I recommend that you do the same.
Criminal service, thieves with licence to steal. Good job Circle!
Trying to get my card details
Trying to get my card details, again? They want me to cash out 79cents and threathen me that I will have to pay a dormancy fee if I do not. Most horrible app I ever have had. I tried to cash out and IT DIDNT EVEN WORK. I'm now an anxious mess that I even tried to cash out. I gave them my IBAN and I doubt I'm in as much trouble as some who have their passports on there but even this is too much to give them. I hope whoever is behind this scamming horrible app gets locked behind bars. This should not be legal. And shame on PlayStore for having them on it! Be careful people!
I don't even remember
I don't even remember, like many, ever creating a circle pay account but as they are shutting down I'm receiving multiple emails. They started by saying cash out your £2, of which I ignored for the hassle of £2. I received many of these. They then said I will be charged a yearly £30 dormancy fee if I didn't cash out. I have no bank details or verification on there. Today I received another saying the fee will actually be the £2 I have in my account...seems like there's a lot of scaremongering going on. I will not be giving them all my bank details and personal details to verify the account. What a scam.
Definitely a criminal organisation.
Definitely a criminal organisation.
The same is true for i-account Moneyplatform
Do not trust them!!
Don't sign up
As a promo, they put £5 in my account years ago. I never linked it to my bank account because I didn't trust them.
They're now emailing and threatening to start charging an annual fee of £30 if I don't withdraw the £5. I'm not comfortable linking (ie giving them direct debit access) my bank account.
I have been emailing "Support" for over…
I have been emailing "Support" for over ONE MONTH now. All I want s my money to be paid to me, simple. Constant repeated replied because they can't be bothered to resolve the issue, and send generic repeated responses TIME AND TIME AGAIN!!
GIVE ME MY MONEY HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO EMAIL YOU???????
I wished I never signed up
I wished I never signed up. They wanted to verify my ID despite the fact that I have filled every section on my profile and have my account linked to my Facebook. I tried to verify through the app but it doesnt recognise my passport. Emailed help centre to get it done but all I get is automated emailed from "daniel" with IST (India standard time) telling me to resubmit my details. Frankly I don't trust this app and they have my passport details and my money they freeze up. DON'T USE THEM!!
Circle Pay has found a way so that I…
Circle Pay has found a way so that I cannot access my money. It's basically being held against my will as I'm stuck in an endless ID verification loop. Scam company. Avoid at all costs.
I regret having my mom send me money to…
I regret having my mom send me money to this account. I have bills and now me and my kids are gonna be in the dark with no electricity because circle has stolen my money and won’t answer me. This is really hurtful I can’t believe this. They shouldn’t do this to people. I am so disappointed. I honestly don’t even know how to type this without tears in my eyes.
Don’t bother
Don’t bother, used it for a year without issues, nowhere near weekly send limit and now my funds are frozen and can’t be withdrawn whilst “review my account” even though I’ve already provided my proof of identity, my fb, my address and my phone number. Only customer service option is an email that rarely gets a reply.
Straight up scammers. They deserve to go bust so just don’t use them.
Unacceptable experience !

It's clearly an attempt to scam !
My only regret is not to have read the comments below before...
Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking! Had £20 in my account but couldn’t withdraw as my account was under review for 1-3 days. It’s now been 5 months since. God knows what they’re doing with our money. Customer service is appalling. Automated replies after waiting weeks for them to reply to my email. Managed to get in contact with them over twitter, they asked for my email then never replied
absolutely terrible.
