Great communication, all good

Always efficient and great to buy from (we've bought from Cimmermann a number of times).

The price was Excellent. Matt’s communication was first rate. Delivery was perfect. Every aspect of buying from Cimmermann was a pleasure.

We'd been searching for two Burra Normann Copenhagen chairs for some time and with Matt's help and great attention to detail we managed to get exactly what we wanted. Delivery was arranged to the Isle of Man and took a couple of days, only. Thank you Matt, a great service provided by you.

I had been searching for a Hay AAS stool for some while to use in my kitchen, but was unsure about costs, delivery, etc. Matt at Cimmermann was so helpful in answering my questions and explaining various things, that they seemed the ideal company to make my purchase. The stool arrived last week in perfect condition and is just what I wanted. Cimmermann as a firm were so helpful I have no hesitation in giving them five stars.

Easy ordering experience. Matt clarified a query on the chair with Artek for us and kept us posted on delivery timescales. The chair was delivered ahead of schedule by courier, after Matt had checked most convenient day. Very happy with Cimmerman, the price and of course, Artek products are top quality. 5 stars all round.

Excellent and friendly service from first enquiry and contact. Matt kept me up to date with delivery timescales. The Audo marble coffee table was delivered in perfect condition. The delivery guys helped put the table together too. It was definitely well worth the wait. I would definitely recommend Cimmermann and keep an eye out for when sales/discounts are on too.

Although it took a little longer than expected to receive the goods, the delivery was perfect and the goods in pristine conditions. Thanks Mark for the fantastic support.

Following a Google search for suppliers of &Tradition chairs back in 2023, I came across this amazing company and I had absolutely no hesitation, therefore, in contacting Matt again just before Christmas to make my second purchase from the company, this time for Audo island chairs, which arrived last week, sturdily packaged (reducing the risk of damage in transit). The company’s customer service is excellent, as is their pricing. Matt’s knowledge appears extensive, and I would not hesitate to recommend the company nor to use their services again, which I hope to do in the near future.
