Having purchased from this company the item was a waste of money did not work tried emailing them about 10 times. No response. Total waste of 50 quid do not buy from this company.

I purchased a rotating phone charger from this company in June 2025. When I received the item and turned it on there was a flashing red light at its base. Upon researching this problem I established that this meant that the charger had a manufacturing fault. I contacted Cilymall customer services the same day to inform them of this and I was that if I returned the item they would send out a replacement. The postage cost was £20 to send this item back, so I requested that Cilymall pay for this, given that the item was faulty. They refused to cover the cost of postage and said that I could send it back for a 50% refund. I explained that I felt that was unacceptable and that I should not have to bear the cost. I threatened legal action against the company following legal advice, and now they refuse to respond to my emails. Today, I have informed them that I have now initiated legal action against the company to recover the monies owed to me. I have since read many reviews about this company, something I wish I had done before purchasing my charger. If I had, I would not have made the same mistake, having learned from the information I've read about how this company allegedly scams people out of their hard-earned money. I also sent an email to their customer service team explaining that I am disabled and I cannot afford to be out of pocket as every penny counts, but that did not even seem to register. Maybe it was wrong of me to use the disabled card, but I cannout afford the time, effort and cost to have to deal with this

Like others I wish I had checked on here before buying. 3in1 charger is faulty, red light on the base so doesn’t charge, and they ignore emails sent to them. Thankfully my credit card company are happy to help! Avoid like the plague!

Ordered 3 in 1 charger. Not working red light on base. Emailed the company. No reply. Wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot beforehand. Do not use this company. Shocking scammers !!

Advertised a fence trellis and showed a picture of it including the size, it came and it’s nothing like what they say it is and not even close to the picture, but try to contact them for a refund is impossible, avoid like the plague, do not buy anything from them.

I have to say, after reading everyone's reviews i was worried. I had ordered a sun hat on the 13th of June, and had a email on the 15th. Then nothing, but today my order arrived, it was as i ordered, quality was great 👍. Would have given 5 stars, if they commented better.

I ordered a Strimmer. The thing that arrived was just the metal cutting wheel. I wrote to them asking where is the handle part of the strimmer. I could not get any sense out of them. They refunded only half the cost.

Item took very long to arrive and it was nothing like advertised.
I've sent 2 emails - ZERO communication back.

Please do not use this company based in China. If there is an issue like one i have experienced when i purchased a pair of reading glasses which i waited ages before they were delivered but only because i chased them. When item arrived, absolutely useless, the prescription is incorrect, therefore deemed useless. I cannot use the reading glasses, completely blurred. Bought a £2.50 pair from Home Bargains which i used temporarily until i bought a proper pair from the opticians. I would never waste my money from a company like this again. They do not communicate with you at all. Customer Service is non- existent. I would really choose to give cilymall 0 stars if there was an option. Do not use this company.

Ordered two wooden intricate hand carved face to face ornaments. Looked beautiful on photo, I got mine, balsa wood, not even varnished, not even the bits that were painted were done properly. Absolutely disgusting!

I ordered car glass waterproof, it was on the 2nd of February and I'm still waiting I have emailed them and still no reply! If I had of done my research and seen these guys are only 2 stars I wouldn't have got it off them.

I received product after 3 delivery attempts,the problem was the courier not cillymall, but improvements must be made regarding communication between customer and cillymall
The product itself was brilliant the hand held monocular superb buy.

This website is a scam, I ordered a winter gloves since December 14, 2022 and to date nothing from them.

I recently placed an order with cilymall 6/12/22 and frankly I’m absolutely disgusted I have not received my order and e- mailed them 4 times with no response I strongly recommend that you DO NOT order anything from these scammers

They took my money and I have never got my order. And noone ever responded to my numerous emails to the support….
