Purchased online and paid by bitcoin. Received email from them stating that the payment and transaction was approved, but never received shipment. Sent email few times but no response.

Great company with great people. Just if you need smokes next week it will not happen. They normal sip out about a month after they take your order and are sent thru the mail system in a plain brown box.

I can not complain with regard to customer service, person I communicated with to set up how to pay for item was very helpful. As for the experience, completely unacceptable, a lot of time taken to set up BitCoin account just to pay for items, topped off with Customs Tax, may have just paid Australian price. Cigarettes deplorable, to the point dangerous, tobacco falls out and butt just drops off, very very unsatisfactory.

Cigs4us is by far the best company to deal with, Cigarettes are great and reasonably priced....easy to use site...great customer service. I have only found 2 companies that I trust....I have never been ripped off with this one. You can get peace of mind here. Have ordered many times and absolutley no problems. Brenda C.

There was excise tax owing on the shipment which was not unexpected. Anyway, I am thrilled and I will definitely be ordering again in the future.
