I get a blitzen and the cheminey extention was missing they ask me to pay the shipping for...... i said no never again

Cigabuy is a great company. I have never waited more then 10 days for delivery. The Prices are also very good. The Products are always in good condition and well packed. The Service is fast and allways very friendly.

All good until something is defective.
Positives: Good prices, fast to ship, fast response to emails
Negatives: Very slow shipping, my mod was defective within 3 months, no response to emails, Once opened case with Paypal, received responses. However very unclear and all over sudden very bad English, Cut the story short, started to blackmail, either i close paypal case or they will not exchange the product, Once i escalated case with Paypal, all over sudden they want to do the right thing. I only asked for exchange, instead they pushed it all the way and Paypal ruled in my favor, i get full refund, Happy ending in the end, but very poor handling of a problem and now have lost a good customer as well as money,

very well, the order was received in remarkable terms (less than 2 weeks), I recommend this store to all friends!
