I made contact for asking some questions about a very special helmet in I was interested and I had a really quick response and ver very nice attention. So I buyed in their on line shop and received the item in my home. All was perfect.
I ordered a jersey, but unfortunately it was never shipped. I was constantly given the runaround and received no concrete answers.
Since I paid via PayPal, I reported the case, and luckily the money was refunded immediately. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident.
I definitely did not have a good experience here.

Since 1 February 2026, the business has been operated by a NEW COMPANY, CICLOS IBAÑEZ S.L.U., under NEW MANAGEMENT. The current company and management were not responsible for your order, the communication regarding the jersey, or the circumstances you describe.
Your review also confirms that your money was fully refunded, which is an important part of the final outcome of the case.
We fully respect your right to describe the experience you had at that time. However, this one-star review continues to affect a different company and management that had no involvement in those events.
For this reason, we would sincerely appreciate it if you would consider removing or updating your review, making clear that your experience relates to the previous management and that the payment was ultimately refunded.
