If you buy a tablet with Android, be aware that Chuwi is not providing any updates or security updates. I think this is unacceptable and even not legal in Europe.

Today is october 26 2024. Chuwi notebook n100 broke 2 months after purchase. Sent in repair in MAY the 20th. Still waiting to know something other than "your device is still under repair"

I am happy with my chuwi 14 pro. Works good👍

For some reason you claimed that my order was a fraud (still waiting for an explanation about that), but somehow that was solved quite quickly and the shipment was sent quite fast (in theory it is already in my country, but the courier service is taking longer than I would like).

I'm soo disappointed as the laptop was unusable after just a week and the customer support is terrible, basically they aren't reliable enough to even contact anyone back, let alone fix the issue in prompt time, looking at others reviews around the net, confirms that you might not even get your device after a year, as it is, few months is bad enough!
It would have been a good product if it didn't stuff up (hardware issue) and I know as I've had to take it to a repairer. I usually trust chuwi (I have another chuwi model which works fine) but was unaware of their sad customer support

1. Chuwi web - Simple, Straighforward and User Friendly guidance over purchase experience is good and easy.
2. Fast traceable Courier and secure product packaging.
3. Quality products - Casing and Structures are good robust and quality. Touchscreen and Keyboard are great responsive.
Overall is Quality product at affordable cost and customer satisfaction.

Good turn around, the mini laptop arrived earlier than expected. Maybe slightly better packaging would have helped (the box had a dent in the side though the laptop itself was fine) but otherwise nothing to complain about at all.

The ordering and delivery went smoothly. The MiniBook X feels robust and well-crafted. Despite its compact size, the keyboard has a pleasant tactile feel and is easy to use.

I purchased the Chuwi Larkbox X mini computer with high hopes, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. After only a few days of use, the device developed a critical issue that rendered it unusable.

The Good
- Compact size
- Initially worked as advertised

The Bad
- BIOS appears to be broken after just a few days
- No video output from USB-C port
- Unable to see boot screen
- Completely non-functional

The Ugly
- Customer support is non-existent
- No response to my support request
- Unable to get a refund, replacement, or repair

I reached out to Chuwi's after-sales team within the first month of purchase, well within their warranty period. Despite their policy of covering two-way shipping for repairs due to quality issues within this timeframe, I have received zero response to my support request.
I've tried various troubleshooting steps, including power cycling and attempting to boot from a USB drive, but nothing has resolved the issue. The fact that such a critical problem occurred so quickly and that the company has been unresponsive is deeply concerning.
I cannot recommend the Chuwi Larkbox X to anyone. The risk of receiving a faulty product with no recourse for support or replacement is simply too high. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your mini PC needs.

Great products but global store should have more product to ship outside EU.

Easy ordering process, delivered within timescales and with a trusted carrier. Product does exactly what I needed and as advertised. Very happy with the whole process and the product.
