#GLB22952 ORDER I was so over-charged for this order. Price of item was far too more than original stated price. I was even charged for DHL delivery. This is really fraudulent service. Please return all my excess money. (But overall, delivery was fast and product as described).

CHUWI SUPPOTR IS TOTALLY ABSENT / NO MORE!
The mini pc arrived to the POST NORD courier in Denmark and the courier marked the as delivered in to the mail box. Absolutely false! The mail box is the same large as the shipment is and is impossible to put it inside, even because there was something already. The courier stolen my pc. The post nord support told me to contact CHUWI but CHUWI SUPPORT does not answering to my email, from 9 february i've contacted them. My request has a register number but no one answer!? Is this a SCAM?

The problem is still not solved. No communication from CHUWI.
They want to sell in Europe but have no support. Did i've lost 150 euros?!

After contacting them on the facebook page, today i received my Larx Box. They were prompt and comprehensive. Thanks and i will change my rating!

Sent from China, arrived in UK 5 days after I placed the order. That's super quick compared to AliExpress etc.
No customs charges either.

The Freebook cannot be turned on just…
The Freebook cannot be turned on just after half a months time. The computer just doesn't boot up even the light of the swtich button is on and the fan is running with a noticeable sound. The quality might not be reliable and very difficult to get in a touch with customer service staff to handle your problem.

Not responsive from chuwi
Not responsive from chuwi. Slow feedback. And no manual at all. I don’t know whats the point of having the blue light at on/off button even my laptop in sleep mode. Nonsense.

No support at all, lying about a common manufacturing defect
No support at all, lying and cheating. My GemiBook came with a "small defect" - it couldn't go to sleep mode. For a few months I was asking Chuwi support how to fix it, but never get any answer but "reinstall Windows" (I did and it didn't work). Later I found on Chuwi forum that lot of people has the same problem and Chuwi just not answer, because it is quite serious hardware problem, not software. So in a few months my laptop died because it was all the time too hot and I wouldn't close it and restart several times a day. So I lost 400 euro and a lot of time getting frustrated and furious. Feck you, Chuwi. People, do not buy this crap.
