Great product, hiccup with the courier but thanks to Churnet Valley customer service speedy resolution, the package arrive a couple of days later. Very pleased it’s a good looking mini store for miscellaneous garden stuff/dog toys/waterproof covers etc. Fabulous!

A lovely garden bench. Assembly was very easy. Excellent quality.

Delivery was exactly on time. The arbour was assembled on site by James. Really happy with the quality of the timber and comfort of the arbour benches and overall look of the finished product. Looking forward to some summer days to sit out end enjoy it but looks great as a garden feature also when not in use.

Wanted this swing seat asap ,delivery 5 to 10 days after 10 days it still had not left the depo, then it had to go to the courier , found another one in a local store and bought that so cancelled order ,Nita left me hanging did not respond to emails and refused to answer my phone number( Likely she blocked it ) so whilst on hold we used another phone which was picked up in seconds , she was abrupt on the phone not ideal for so called customer service ,luckily we spoke to Mark one of the managers who was excellent sorted out the problem and gave me a full refund he is five stars Nita one star .

The out door furniture I purchased from Churnet valley was just great for what we need.1 table 1 double seat 1 single seat leaves me space for a wheelchair user.
The furniture set up is very good really pleased with it.

Delivered on time, one, professional and friendly delivery man (James ) managed easily too erect the arbour which now looks good and sturdy. Only had a couple of weeks, but seems fine.

I have used Churnet Valley in the past, having bought garden benches and tables from them, so I have no qualms about continuing to use them. Speedy delivery and very good quality products.

The company dispatched promptly but I was unable to track progress of delivery status as the link for the delivery progress was not updated online. Unable to determine delivery date. Contacted Churnet Valley who took prompt action resulting in a telephone call from delivery company. Email received confirming delivery date. The product was well packaged when delivered and placed where requested.

A great addition to the garden. Would buy again if we had room for another one. Dis not take long for delivery and everything went smoothly. Thabks

I bought a garden arch. The product itself seems really good quality and the company themselves were really helpful. Reason for dropping one star is because of poor communication from the delivery company
