I ordered a pack of fifty TIMCO corrugated roofing sheet fixings. They arrived quickly, however when I opened the sealed packet, 24 of the 50 fittings were missing. I raised it within an hour of the pack being delivered. Their reply was late and inadequate. They offered £0.80 for the 24 fittings, on a pack cost of £9.74. I refused, since which time there has been no reply. I have now opened a dispute through eBay
Received an animal first aid product from this company which had hardly any shelf life left shown by a grubby scruffy sticker which had been stuck on the bottle. I can only assume this was old stock. I contacted them to explain i needed it to take away on holiday and that it would be no good as date runs out far earlier than it should and it had nearly run out. The customer service is absolutely shocking worse company i have ever come across. A ton of attitude and rudeness and turned it back round on me.
I returned the item unused and they would not give me a full refund, luckily this was through Ebay so i explained to Ebay and they gave me a full refund.
DO NOT RECOMMEND this company at all. I have now happily bought the item from another company
Horrendous company. Do not touch them. If you need to return something, you will not get a refund. They will deny that they have received a return to avoid paying. Rude and ignorant replies are all you will get by replies to any correspondence.
