From my very first experience with Christies Direct to now, I have been consistently impressed—not just by the range and quality of products you offer, but by the people behind the company.

Meeting the team at Crufts earlier this year was such a lovely experience. You often imagine a large company to feel quite impersonal, but the complete opposite is true here. Every single person I met was warm, approachable, and incredibly willing to help. It really stood out to me how much care and pride you all take in what you do.

A special thank you to Mark Neely, who has gone above and beyond for me recently. Helping me secure a pre-order for a grooming table that was out of stock, clearly communicating timelines, and even offering a generous discount—it honestly made such a difference. That level of thoughtfulness and effort doesn’t go unnoticed.

It’s rare to come across a company where you feel genuinely valued as a customer, and even rarer to find a team that consistently goes the extra mile in such a kind and human way.

Letting us know when delivery due and being on time

After spending £300+ on a set of clippers that have faults with the charging dock after less than 4 months later. I contacted these and I have a video showing the issue. You can see i look after my equipment, to be told that they want me to return the equipment (and me be out of work for god knows how long causing me loss of earnings) and they will decide if warranty will cover it. Then if not I would have to pay for repair. I WISH with every bone in my body I never put as much money into this business as I did because they are disgusting. Lesson well learnt. I will be sticking to another company and if you want to use a 5* company with respect and care towards their customers... do not use this company, go to groomers world. They care about their customers but these do not. Won't repair something covered under warranty without you losing money to do so. Disgraceful company and I am reporting these to trading standards. I have evidence of everything. I gave you chance to sort it but you dont care so im done caring too

I bought a very expensive dryer from them for it to break 2 years later I get it fixed and find out it wasn’t brand new not once was I informed about this I was told this wasn't the first time this has happened and im utterly shocked STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The customer service is beyond fantastic!
