The ink cartridges I bought arrived super fast along with helpful updates from the delivery company.
I then discovered that one of the cartridges appeared to be faulty. When I apprehensively called Customer Service, I expected a negative response but they couldn’t have been more helpful. Having tried to resolve the issue they decided to send me another, without me asking and free of charge! Most unusual and most delightful service. Thank you.

Be very careful when purchasing from Choice Stationary Supplies!!!!! I have previously purchased many ink cartridges from them throughout numerous years without a problem. However, on my last order, when I received the confirmation email at 17:11 I realised that somehow they had put in the wrong delivery address (but the identified Invoice address was correct). I phoned them to correct the error only to find that their office open hours were until 17:00! I received a further email at 17:24 saying that my parcel had been dispatched.

I contacted them the following day, only to be told that apparently the mistake regarding the delivery address was my error and not theirs! I promptly checked my online account with Choice and there was only the correct address listed. However, they would not accept responsibility. I informed them that their database was at fault but they still insisted it was my fault, even though I did not enter any other address apart from the current address. (A few years ago I moved to a new address, however since the move I have received multiple deliveries from them to my new valid address.)

They would not accept that their database could be at fault and somehow it had identified my old address. On my online account I could only see my correct address. Being a regular customer I would have thought that they would send me replacement ink cartridges as a ‘gesture of good will’ but they did not. They said they would only send me the cartridges if they received them back through the mail from the incorrect address they sent them to. No surprise that I have not received from Choice my replacement ink cartridges which I had paid for. They have now lost a loyal customer!

Being in the IT industry, I know that sometimes databases can have glitches. Maybe there was a data recovery incident or in the backend some data had been entered incorrectly, however the Customer Care department would not even escalate the issue for further investigation, to clarify how my old address randomly appeared.

Always quick and effecient with our latest order and in fact all our orders. When we've had any problems it has been dealt with in a sensible, fair and pleasant manner. Nothing appears too much trouble, hence the reason we have used Choice Stationary for many years.

The website is a little clumsy to navigate but their prices and speed of delivery is always brilliant - I don't use anyone else for my ink cartridges and have been using Choice Stationary Supplies for more than 10 years now without any complaint or issue. Top Notch!

The ink cartridges are very reasonably priced and the delivery time excellent.

Don't use that much stationary and printing ink, these days, but what I do need is always delivered pretty quickly, at a very fair price and is post free. Don't know how they do it.

You were recommended to me some years ago by my IT guru. Your prices are very competitive and delivery times are fantastic. Print standard is excellent. I have passed on your name to people in Tesco looking at own brand inks! I hope they saw sense!

Choice Stationery's website made ordering straightforward. Delivery of the goods ordered was prompt and accurate. I have ordered my printer cartridges from them for quite a number of years.

Choice is always my first choice (no pun intended!) to go for my Epson ink cartridges. Great price, great quality, fast delivery! What more would you want?
