Fantastic customer service from Alex
Fantastic customer service from Alex!
I was struggling to find a replacement D-shape seat for my old 480mm toilet pan, but Alex went above and beyond to double-check my dimensions and recommended the Rak Ceramics seat.
I placed the order via his link, and it fits absolutely perfectly. Swift delivery and top-tier professionalism. Thank you, Alex!

Fantastic service!
Fantastic service!
I recently ordered dampers for a soft class toilet seat, I struggled finding the right parts as there are so many different types and my toilet doesn’t have part numbers anywhere on it, however I contacted bathroom spare parts and they helped me identify the correct parts straight away.
When it came to fitting the dampers i made an error and damaged the clips. I got in touch and they sent me some spares they had free of charge.
Lorraine was really helpful and got back to me very quickly to resolve the issue that I had. I would definitely recommend and any future bathroom parts or advice I need I’ll certainly be using them again.
