I order iPhone sim reader and tempered…

I order iPhone sim reader and tempered glas. I didn't get any receipt or confirmation of order. I asked about it and they answered, "everything is OK, items wait to pick up". I said, I didn't get any receipt or confirmation for order. And also canceled the order. Next day send me a message that the order cannot be canceled, because it's already shipped. Very unprofessional and fishy business.

Warranty? Nop

Bought 3 iPhone 5 parts on this website:
- Charging Board (3,71€)
- Full Kit with screws (1,86€)
- Full kit with all brackets (3,46€)
Not really that expensive for parts.. So I thought:
Then there was the shipping: 5€ (an ok price since it comes from Spain to Portugal);
After shipping "taxes" another 2,43€, then ~2€ to use PayPal as a payment method (when there's no other way to pay without a Spanish bank account).

Total was 15,3€ for a charging board, a set of screws and brackets

I needed the parts urgently so I paid the price to have them in my door in the following day.

Tested the charging board before installing it and the charging was intermittent (resets every 10 secs) so it was faulty already. Installed it all the way because I thought there might be a ground connection that was needed for full functionality... Nope, still not working. Filmed the entire thing and sent an warranty request... Yeah I had to pay another 10€ just to ship the faulty item to the company and only after whey would evaluate "the state of the part" to see if I could have a refund...

Basically I paid 15€ for a set of screws and brackets.
Poor customer service, I bought several iPhone batteries from this company one expanded after 1 year.
I'll never spend 1cent with this company

They sent parts that are not working…

They sent parts that are not working and expect the client to return it if it fails. Basically they pay for a product and sent directly to the costumer without testing.
Also if you dont want more the product and ask for a refund they only sent a cuppon to spend in the store. Now imagine that you lost confidence on the store because of a situation like this, you also lost the money because you don't want to buy anything more from them.

Non-existent customer service from a condescending bunch of amateurs

Awful customer service. Why does the website offer English when they don't speak English? Why do they have a telephone number when they never answer?
They accept no responsibility for mistakes. They blame the customer on any issues or mistakes. Basically, indirectly calling you a liar.

You must log any issues/requests/refunds through their website by logging in to your account and submitting your query. Even if they make a mistake they insist that you pay the delivery charges. If you refuse the order and demand a refund (because it was NEVER delivered), they insist on subtracting the shipping/delivery cost and refunding the remaining funds.

Basically, they're happy to ship you any old rubbish like Non-original or used/broken components and then insist on you covering the shipping and return costs before they'll refund.

A company run by cowboys. Apparently, they're gamers. Well, they most likely play games all day at the expense of customer service.

They will also claim that they tried to call, SMS or email you. But won't provide proof.

You are being warned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They are dishonest and have zero customer service.

I'm lodging an official complaint in their Hojas De Reclamaciones and I strongly suggest that any of you who are screwed over by these amateurs should do the same.

We don't need horrible companies like this ripping people off at their leisure. We must protect other consumers from traps like this. Is that not the idea of using Trustpilot?

You are liars. Now you changed your story saying that I couldn't be contacted because I gave a UK number. I have the emails and transcripts from you and NACEX (The terrible delivery company). You originally said that I was called many times to notify me about the delivery but I never answered. I got no calls from you or NACEX. No SMS from either of you. No email from either of you. No notification leaflet in my mailbox from either of you.

Reading many of your 1-2 star reviews it is clear that you care nothing for delivering the wrong or used product. As far as you're concerned the customer must always pick up the cost, regardless of your dishonesty and carelessness. I have the records of all the times I called you in one day alone, with no answer. It's the same comment from many other customers who were burned by you.
So, let's get the ball rolling here since you're so upset about this very honest review. Provide me and/or trustpilot with the records of the number of times you tried to call me, SMS me or email me when my goods could not be delivered. Yo also tell me that NACEX tried to call me several times yet I had no missed calls or text from either of you.

I'm saying this now. You are a liar. I'm telling everyone that you see no wrong in how you run your business dishonestly. I ask people.... DO NOT BUY FROM CHIPSPAIN.COM as they will absolutely screw you if they make a mistake. All errors are the customer's fault. They will charge you for shipping and return even if you don't receive the goods or if they send the wrong goods.

I'm counting on Trustpilot to do the right thing here. A proper investigation must be thorough and fair. Just look at all the bad reviews!! Tell me I'm wrong. This company is horrible to deal with if and when your order goes wrong. Their customer service is non-existent, and, they're condescending.

No entendemos porque pones esta reclamación, si bien es cierto que realizaste un pedido pero nunca lo recogiste por lo tanto no entendemos como tienes el atrevimiento de opinar sobre nuestro material si nunca lo has visto.

Sobre la entrega indicarte que la empresa de transporte fué varias veces a tu casa y no pudo realizar la entrega asimismo no se te pudo notificar por sms el seguimiento porque nos indicaste un numero de UK (siendo el envio a Murcia).

Respecto a nuestro servicio telefonico indicarte el horario para que veas que estamos atendiendo al mismo: L-V de 10:30 a 13:30 tardes L-J de 16 a 18 h.

Decirte tambien que tenemos la web en ingles y portugues como podrás comprobar, lo hacemos para facilitar las cosas a los clientes internacionales asimismo atendemos en portugues, frances e ingles en la medida de lo posible.

Un poco de educación a lo hora de hablar y escribir no te vendria mal, llevamos 18 años en el sector y pocas personas en tanto tiempo han sido tan intolerables como lo has sido tu.

I ordered a replacement screen for an iPhone 4S.

The first one did not work, so I returned it.

The second one worked. Delivery times reasonable.

I would say though, that if your time is valuable to you, don't bother returning faulty goods unless they are worth, say, at least €100.

In order to get authorisation to return goods, you need access to a computer, a digital camera, a printer and a PDF reader. The website reveals more questions as you go along, so it's not something you can do in a few minutes. You have to print a form, sign it and if I remember rightly, include personal id information. I have applied for passports with less bureaucracy!

They insist that you send the goods by Correos without tracking, so I am not sure what would happen if it got lost in the post.

I asked them to refund my money, but they sent a second screen instead.

So, a lot of time, €2.40 for posting the faulty item back and a surcharge for paying with Paypal.

Nintendo DS3 card used ad different from the requested one

Comprato una scheda nintendo DS3, 21.67 €. La scheda arrivata è usata e di modello differente. Ho chiesto rimborso e mi sono reso disposto a reinviare la scheda a patto di avere le spese di spedizione pagate, risultato mi hanno chiesto di reinviare a mie spese.
Anche su paypal la contestazione non ha avuto effetto. 21.67€ persi.
Non comprate da questo sito, esperienza pessima!!!!!

I bought a Nintendo DS3 card, € 21.67. The deivered card is used and of a different model. I asked for a refund and I was willing to resend the card with paid shipping costs: They asked me to resend at my expense.
Even on paypal the dispute did not take effect. 21.67 € lost.
Don't buy from this web-site, bad experience !!!!!

They sent me a iPhone X screen that was totally broken, after I started their return process everything went to hell.. they are slow on response, they can’t talk English but they offer English on their site. Bad overall. DONT USE THIS COMPANY, And that is my honest recommendation.

CUIDADO! Me han vendido una pantalla no original (confirmado en Apple store) como original. Tiene menos brillo y reacción al tacto horrible.
