Ordered and then delivered in two days, I was dubious, white car, lots of stone chips to the bonnet and front bumper. Followed the instructions, took my time, deeper chips needed a couple of coats, blended in as instructed and polished. The difference in how much better my car looks now is unbelievable. It took a couple of hours but a lot of that was drying time and very little actual effort. Even the deeper chips are gone and the colour match is fantastic. Super happy.

***Update***

Chipex were kind enough to get back to me asap, understood the situation and offered to send me a replacement kit but I chose refund instead and they processed it right away.

Absolute crap for the price you pay and what they promise you. First off the colour was not a match. My car’s a Carbon Black (416) with a blue-ish shade in it, the colour they sent has a red-ish shade. Still went through and applied everything as instructed, but the results were not there. You can see the touched up paint flying all over your car, it does not blend in, if you try hard to blend it, the paint simply chips off. Applied multiple coats and gave time to each to dry but honestly the result ain’t there. You’d be better off buying a £5 bottle and that’d do the exact same thing. Crap

I recently bought chipex as I had a few scratches and stone chips.
The colour match was perfect as well as the little applicators.
However the blending solution just did not do anything.
OK for stone chips.
Would I buy again it has to be a no, over priced

I’m sorry to say it but I’m really disappointed with this product. It’s good on very shallow chips/scrapes. I’ve followed the instructions to the letter but find it useless on deep chips £50 Down and a lot of wasted time and effort.the blending solution made the touch up paint darker. Since my review a lovely lady called Sally from Chipex contacted me and sent me some more paint and bits and pieces to apply it. The new paint filled the scratch and it blended in perfectly, top marks on the Company for reaching out and help sort the problem for me, on reflection, it is a great product and Company and I will recommend and use the product again, thanks so much Sally.

Delivered swiftly but NOT happy.
Two brushes missing. Sent multiple emails to discuss but No response to any emails.
Realised they were ignoring me so went ahead and tried the product.
Not happy with results at all. No where near the advertised results and NOT worth the money.
Overall, I would NOT recommend buying from this company

Brilliant product and great to use, just follow instructions and be patient.

Waste of money. Product doesnt work, even following all instructions it will either not smooth down, or smooth down and take literally everything you use awayso you're back to square one with the chip. I did contact them, but they dont respond. What do they care, they got your money and sent you a kit with promises that do not materialise. All the ad's are misleading. You're much better to use a touch up pen carefully than this rubbish.

Managed to sort out all the stone chips. Was a perfect colour match. Brilliant product. Would definitely recommend and use again In the future

Waste of money
The paint ALMOST matches the Vauxhall phantom grey but not quite. When rubbed down each repair is noticeable as it is darker.
The kit feels like a Halfords touch up stick, some thinners, and a bit of polishing compound. You could get this much cheaper. It doesn’t “blend” into the original paint, and in my case leaves little darker repair spots. It’s better than rust but only marginally.

Brilliant products, love the detailing spray!

Worked nicely, same colour no complaints.

I brouht paint for my car from amzon after having some scratches but the coloure was too dark so I was two mind about chipex after seen ads on Facebook. I read reviews and thought might give it ago. I'm amazed by the results. True coloure. I can't see the scratches. This has saved me from spending fortune on repainting my car.I would highly recomemend to anyone

I had two deep scratches on my Picasso, so thought I’d give this a go before getting it booked in. I’m very glad I did! Looks brilliant!

Will use again

Spent time watching videos and was very confident this would work, six small chips on both driver, passenger doors and a deep scratch on the rear bumper. Tried multiple times and end product was shocking, the chips are still there with paint in them and you can tell it’s been touched up. The bumper scratch looks terrible same results, what a waste of £44.

Blown away tbf… I was a little sceptical about this, but actually following the step by step process it worked magic.

An utter rip off
Primed it, blobbed (to be fair) well matched paint on, then it is a joke …..

As soon as gently rub to blend it just simply rubs off! WTAF?!

Waste of time and effort - should have just got it done by a professional instead of believing this hype

Brilliant - perfect match for the brake callipers on my M6 - easy to follow instructions and excellent results - thoroughly recommend.

Colour match was great. Instructions in the pack and the videos great. My ability to use it properly, not so. Think this says more about me than the product. While not perfect, a fraction of the cost of doing it with a professional service.
