We were quoted door to door $2180, with over $730 in shipping charges. We declined shipment and said we would pick it up from the port, making the bill total what should have been $1450. When the shipment arrived (in the wrong port, LA NOT OAK) we were told that we needed to make payment of over $2600 the same day or we would be charged storage fees. We tried to negotiate even though they themselves acknowledged the initial quote and they were not willing to honor the initial quote.

In addition the representive also work along with you to assure that all expected packages have arrived intact and make sure you are fully inform on the consolidation process, before they ship to you.

This company is the best to use to ship the goods to uk. They are fast and cheap and their service is good. I will continue to use you.

I have been working wih many shipping companies in past few years and even paying them higher amount and I never was as happy. I started to use China TS Freight services since last August and at the start I thought it is a one of good service but shipping over 10s containers with them in past few month without any issue just let me to write this review and recommend them to other businesses as part of my appreciation for helping me to put my business to the next level.
