Timely delivery, great flower selection.

There was a mix up on the website and I was charged twice for the one transaction. One explanatory email from me and it was all sorted. The best part is that my girlfriend was very happy with the flowers. That’s the main thing. Thank you again

Flowers that were delivered were not fresh at all. First time it happened, i thought it might be one time issue ..but it keep continuing. Basically, every order of flowers was not fresh and for the price paid, it is not worth buying from this place until better quality flowers are delivered. It is unfortunate, because the order process was quite simple. One more thing, delivery personal is sometime impolite during delivery.

This morning I ordered the flower to my family in China (remember it was actually evening in China already) and wished it can be delivered at the same night in China because my family has a plan next day and won't be home. However, the system didn't allow me to choose the same day I guess it is already a little late. So I added some additional request but didn't put much hope. Unbeliever that Chinaflower214 did it! My family just got the flower at night! Very grateful for your hard work Chinaflower214! Very impressive!

Was very happy with the delivered product. Beautiful. Had a couple of difficulties supplying a mainland cell as we were from OS and didn’t have one. Managed to get one for recipient and the flowers delivered promptly. Very happy.

I did purchase from your shop since 2018 and so far flowers such as orchid were in good shape. This time I order a flower stand for our Shenzhen branch opening. I found 1/3 of the flowers are not fresh enough. Some disappointment this time.

Paid for the goods as normal upon checkout, however was then told 1 DAY PRIOR TO DELIVERY that I would need to fork out extra for them to be delivered as the address wasn't in the city. I paid, but advised I would be requesting a refund for this charge as it should've been present in the original order price given they had the address. They then proceeded to cancel my ordered completely, leaving me with no present for the special occasion.
