We are pleased to announce that our website is now 20 years old with over 200,000 customers! We have also been on eBay for 20 years and are consistently a high rated seller. All orders received before 3pm(and most 3-4pm orders) are posted on the same weekday. UK orders over £50 automatically qualify for free courier/Royal Mail Tracked delivery. Game orders over £60 are currently upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24(as at Nov23). We check, grade (and test if necessary), refurbish, clean, regrade, recheck, photograph, describe all games individually before listing for sale. Chillout Games has invested in £25,000 of professional disc machinery and employs a dedicated machine operator to deliver your discs in the best possible condition. Another long serving member of staff is responsible for cleaning and checking cart contacts, checking authenticity, checking/replacing cart internal batteries, and refurbishing consoles and accessories. The website also offers an instant price for 50,000 of your games with free Parcelforce courier collection or Post Office dropoff options and get paid within 48hrs of receipt (larger quotes 3-4 days). Sold a lot of my old games to Chill out a few years ago and found them to be an excellent company deal with with them actually paying me more than originally quoted for my collection as I had under stated the condition of a couple of items.
When buying from them, item ordered was as described, very well packaged and promptly delivered.
Cannot fault them. A great company to deal with.

The quote and final pay out was extreme close together, but this is base on the information you given them. got I email when they received the games and then a email to confirm the final payment and this when there to my Paypal very quick. Genuinely one of the best experiences I've had with buying (and selling) online.
Bought several more games from Chillout Games since my initial review, and sold some games to them as well.
Every game I've received has been in the exact condition described, and selling to them was quick, easy, and I got a very reasonable price for them. When I had a question about my sale, Paul answered quickly and was great.
Chillout Games have become my go-to for games. Genuinely one of the best experiences I've had with buying online.

I’ve been using Chillout Games for several years now and never had a problem. Games are always as described, which is clear, with accompanying photos and dispatched very quickly. You may pay slightly more than the going rates, but it’s worth it knowing exactly what you’ll be receiving and with above and beyond packaging to make sure it arrives safely.

Got a GameCube card and a PSOne…
Got a GameCube card and a PSOne controller and both came in really good condition and working order. A very nice company with fair prices and I love that when they sell separate items they include a description and pictures showing the state of condition so you know exactly what your buying.
