Fantastic company had a problem with a bracket not their camera which they sorted straight away left my SD card in the old camera and the fantastic PR Lisa located the camera and sent the SD card back to me through the post excellent company hundred percent recommend

Bought a camera a few weeks ago and didnt work initially but after some help with the SD card now works well. It is a good camera with excellent video. Important to know that getting the correct SD card is v important and this is detailed in the link in the front of the box. Only shame is that when I used the query form on their website to ask for it help it went into their junk folder which is a bit odd.

Purchased mk2 rear camera from chillitech , it’s built well and the Quality of the red flashing light is very visible , customer service is exceptional for a small independent company

I bought both front and rear camera's clarity is excellent. As I’m not tech minded the support was first class.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this product.

I've had 2 cameras from this company.

The MKII is a few years old now and still going. The vid quality is ok, and you have to manually update the time via PC connection to keep it correct (it drifts), but it's a reasonable camera for the price point and has been used on hundreds of rides.

Recently upgraded to their 4K-Cam. Unfortunately, could not get it working myself following the manual, vids, and their recommended SD card. Customer service was very good when I reached out, quick replies, and they accepted the camera back to look at, and returned it working with a quick turn around. Still don't know what the issue was and would have preferred to be able to sort it myself, guessing it was something simple I did wrong. I've knocked a star off for the instructions not being enough for me to get it working myself.

The camera itself has great video quality (at the expense of battery life unfortunately), and a convenient app (nice it now updates the time for you). Been using for a few weeks most days fine now. Had a little moment requiring a PIN reset yesterday and now fine again (again, e-mail assistance was really quick). I really like the mount as well, as can now have it on my handlebars instead of helmet.

I had wireless Chilli Tech HD Bullet camera. The camera performs reasonably well when it’s working, video quality is decent and it does the job.
However, if anything goes wrong, you’re completely on your own. Customer support is essentially non-existent.
I’ve been trying to contact them for over four months, sending multiple emails, using contact form on their website and haven’t received a single response.
Disappointing.

I have had two cycle cameras from chilli tech now, they are out daily in all weathers, I have always found this company to be approachable and so helpful, the products are great quality and in my opinion way above their price point. ( I have 2 cameras because the 2nd one had the WiFi option which made life much easier to view content, the 1st one is still working, it is genuinely good stuff!)

Just received my 4k camera it comes with everything, the only thing you need is a micro sd card to get going, everything is well made not cheap plastic, so far i am well chuffed with it, thank you

I have over the last couple of years purchased their Bullet camera, Rear camera and more recently the Recordmax. All three have performed faultlessly to date. Their customer support is excellent and any issues or questions are dealt with quickly by Paul via Facebook messenger.

I have a dual front & rear camera which I use for horse riding and carriage driving. The picture quality is excellent meaning that number plates can be read easily, and the image stabilisation is impressive. The camera is very simple to use and needs no PC, the videos can just be downloaded wirelessly to a phone or tablet. The cameras are also significantly healer than rival makes.
In addition, the customer service is anlso excellent. I have had to contact the company in a few occasions and each time they have been very helpful.

Recently purchased the RecordMax camera online which was then delivered within a few days via Royal Mail 48.
Easy to connect and set up after downloading the Vidure app to my Android phone. Double pressing the button on the phone enables wireless mode, the instructions are well explained with the various light displayed easily understood.
Picture Quality is better than excellent on the bike with a good 7 hours recording without charging.
I also purchased the car screen mount so that I could also use the cam when heading out and back from my bike trips. Again quality is excellent and suits me fine i really would not consider any other cam for the car. plus you got the 7 hours recording time.
Remember when configuring for the car with windscreen attachment that you will have to config within setting menu on the Vidure app both FLIP and ALSO the MIRROR option as the camera is upside down when attached to the windscreen. Went to Edinburgh the other
day and used the car adaptor, quality was again fantastic, no wobble and even though the round trip is 6+ hours all was recorded without even charging. I Would recommend this camera without a doubt.

Bought a Chill Tech front facing camera for my bike in December. Due to illness I finally tried to install it in February. Unfortunately I could not find the box with the handlebar adapter. I contacted Paul at Chilli Tech who kindly sent me both the handlebar mount & adapter within a couple of days. Now fitted, the camera works brilliantly. Paul was both friendly & helpful in sorting out my problem which was solely caused by myself, and I would not hesitate in recommending Chill Tech.

Really good to deal with very helpful I got the front and rear Cammeras so pleased I got the rear one as it saved me a big court case as it proved my innocence and that I was in the right I would recommend this company the cameras work.

Great experience dealing with Paul at Chilli Tech. I needed a new helmet light and was keen to try the Pro CREE Capsule, looked great value. I asked if any of my village cycling buddies wanted one while I was at it and I ended up ordering 20! Everyone's very happy. They're a nice simple light, USB-C charging socket is nicely detailed. I've only done one night ride so far but battery life seems really good, better than my old Lexyne light which I think was slightly less powerful. The headstrap if very comfortable for dog walking duties. Only slight criticisms would be it would be nicer if the beam were a little less focused and more even, and would also be great is turbo mode could be always on and not a temporary boost, but all in all they're a great light and compliments my Exposure bar light very well.

I recently bought the rear camera as I cycle a lot and often experience 'interesting' driving and wanted to deter people from involving me in their interesting driving. I have been using it for a couple of days and the quality is great - registrations are clear and it works without issue.
I was impressed enough to order the corresponding camera for the front and the service from Paul has been great. Recommended.

I've been after a bike-Cam for sometime, however regularly doing longer training rides previous models lasting circa 3hrs wouldn't have been up to the task, enter the Recordmax circa 7hrs run time with an impressive 1080p 30fps. I bought a go-pro quarter turn mount and have it inverted beneath my Garmin, so small and light it's hardly noticeable on my bike (lighter than my Knog front light) The reassurance if I get close-passed, or worse, it'll be recorded is great. In addition for social media content accompanying my Instagram, Facebook or YouTube content I've found the imaging to be stable and clear enough, in the first weekend of use I captured some excellent footage of our local Chain-Gang training ride and some wonderful footage of the Sunday Ride over the glorious Yorkshire Wolds, the recommended App works well and I found it easy to set-up and connect either by the units local WiFi ot I also bought a compact MicroSD/USB C reader, which simply plugs into my Android smartphone to view and edit the files. Even casting to a big screen TV is easy too. Really pleased with my purchase from ChilliTechnology, and looking forward to recording more footage with it. Highly recommended 👍

RE - Pro CREE Capsule 1100 Lumens.
I've got a total of 4 head torches from Chilli Technology, and today i had my first issue. A green flashing light whilst charging, normally its only ever been red and charging or green and charged.
I dropped the message on the website contact form and got a reply in about 3 hours with a suggested solution. So I tightened the battery retaining cover as directed, and the light changed to red for charging and the torch was ready shortly after and ready to lighten my dog walk.

I purchased two of the rear cameras and was struggling to connect the app to it , (I am rubbish at anything techy ) , and contacted Chilli Tech, Paul went out his way to help me , even ringing in the evening to help me set it up , its give me a big confidence in the product and the reassurance of having excellent customer service, above and beyond, plus the confidence on the road that you can prove any incident you have , thanks again Paul for all your help 👍
