Nice bicycle with superb support

Our daughter loves her chillafish Charlie bicycle (light & agile!) until .... During cleaning (she want to ride inside during winter) one of the wheel spacers rolled off into the sewer.
Luckily Chillafish has a spare part store on their website... Which unfortunately didn't offer the spacer yet. After reaching out to the team, they offered to send us a replacement set of spacers for free!
We received them earlier today, and a happy toddler is racing laps round the table again.

Strong recommend, thanks Chillafish for supporting this clumsy dad!

Order not received

It's been over 1.5 months since I ordered a bike on the website. I have no news of my order. I've called the support department several times and they don't reply. I wouldn't recommend Chillafish at all.
