This company completely rips people off. I purchased a ball of Aran wool from them and after more than 7 weeks and several emails they deliberately sent me the wrong wool and then told me I had to pay the postage to return it and the postage to get the correct wool sent. I would not trust this company again with $1. If you purchase anything from them don’t expect to get what you paid for.

The overall experience was fantastic – this store sets a high standard for online shopping! Their product quality is consistently excellent, the shipping process is smooth and fast, the shipping costs are reasonable, and the packaging perfectly protected my items.

I tried to place an order, when I went to check out it does not even list Florida as a state so I wasn't able to place it. I emailed them asking about it and never got an answer, good thing because it made me look here and I am glad I wasn't able to order after reading all the reviews here. Yeah - I would stay away from these people.

5 stars without a doubt! This item has become my daily go-to—it’s functional, stylish, and so easy to use. The seller was also incredibly responsive when I had a quick question about the size, replying within hours. No complaints at all; it’s worth every penny.

Avoid! The products are missold, the product completely does not match the picture, quality is terrible. Not to mention that it took three months to arrive. Customer service seem to be repeating the same thing no matter your message. I have been waiting for a refund for three months and still nothing.

This little wooden man is a funny and charming piece of décor. The shaking motion adds a playful touch. My only complaint is that it’s smaller than I expected. It still looks good on a shelf, dash or desk, but I had imagined something a bit larger.
Overall, it’s a delightful item that brings a smile, even if the size was a surprise.

Don't buy anything from them !!!

Ordered a mug with drums all over it as a present for my cousin who is a drummer

What I got was a plain mug with a harp for the handle

As others I have been offered a 15% and then 20% discount and keep the mug

On what planet do they come from it’s nothing like I ordered and what’s more I paid £40 for a drum mug and this one I got I found online for £9.99 inc postage

I also wish you could show pictures it’s a flipping liberty

The product they sell that is listed as sterling silver fox stamped pendant necklace for $9.99 is actually a design STOLEN from a very talented ETSY artist who carves and casts her own original designs. This is piracy, fraud, and a contemptible thievery of actual artisans. This is stealing from the actual creator and owner of this design with every pendant this fraudulent company sells.

Saw crocs that were supposed to be designed like a tyrannosaur skull, ordered two pairs from them. What
I got was two pairs of cheap off the shelf croc like shoes with cheap plastic werewolf kids masks cable tied to the top of the shoe. This company's engaging in outright theft. Their return policy was to offer me 25% rather than ship them back to china. This stuff reminds me of the reason that it was called cheap Chinese stuff in the 1960s. This company puts Chinese export's reputation back in the pre world war era.

Product cheap, over priced. Would not trust their product presentations. Linda

Wish there was an option of zero stars. Saw the ad on Pinterest. Ordered what was described and shown in a video as an actual stone mug. The video showed a mug being formed on a lathe. What arrived over a month later was a cheaply painted plastic piece of junk. I wish there was a way of posting pictures because I have both pics of the advertised mug and the one that I received. DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS WEBSITE! You will be sorry. I should have just burned the money I spent on the mug.

It's hard to give them even one star! I ordered 3 ornaments that were represented to be a lovely 3-dimensinal carved Christmas ornament. What I got was an ugly resin covered flat picture of a lovely ornament. When I requested a return address, as per the website, they informed me that it's very expensive to ship to China and would I accept a lousy 15% refund, and keep the junk! I'm hoping you will be warned NOT to order from them!

What I received was Cheap Chinese junk. I didn't even get the discount they promised. The item I bought ended up straight in the bin!!
