Great Value for Bare Metal
Great service overall, and the support is super helpful and great.
I love that they have dedicated server regions in the US, unlike other budget providers, which only offer them in Europe.
Worth the price for me, especially with the high bandwidth, private VLAN (allowing JUMBO frames, which was a huge requirement for our deployments), and local BGP.
It's more hands-on, but support is there when needed. They provide you with true bare metal from the group up when you need it, while abstracting away things you may not need, yet still allowing you to configure it when necessary.

I usually don’t give reviews much but cherryservers work made me do that and I want to show my gratitude by reviewing them. I told them that for a specific server the ping is coming slow even tho third party server closer (same region as the instance). They said maybe due to the routing issues the ping might be slow and told me that they will fix it by peering with the Internet exchange. They did it within 5-6 days even tho I lost hopes in it.. I tried other services similar way and they weren’t helpful as cherryservers. I appreciate their great team.

Their bare metal servers are cheaply made and cannot handle the workload if you are serious about latency. My CPU has kept at 90C degrees, causing many latency spikes. Technical support claims this to be NORMAL.
Also their network routing has real issues, RTT from Frankfurt to Ashburn (equinix DC2) is 140ms+ (normally should be in 85-90ms range).

Trustworthy service
I love that when your account runs out of credits, it doesn't autobill your card unless you specifically set that up. A different service cost me a lot of money because they only allowed autobilling. So Cherry Servers is great for that! They also have a pretty good selection of servers and their customer service is quite good as well.

Hello, firstly, this company has a limited IP range, secondly, the price of their servers is very high compared to other places, thirdly, if there is a problem when paying with cryptocurrency They do not give the user a correct answer and do not try to fix the problem. The servers only have the option to turn them off and on. There are no restart options on the servers. Thanks.
