They have got better lately. Faster shipments. I order from Estonia.
One big not regarding to vinyl records - please use another type of price stickers! Older ones were better. New ones are thinner and harder to get/peel off. Damaging too much the record sleeves.

Great selection of brands and clothes that are not found on too many uk sites, always good delivery and usually a decent special offer or voucher code to save you some cash.

Used Chemical for the first time, vinyls arrived quicker than expected and packaged well, will definitely be using them again and would recommend to others to do the same

It's website is much better than the clickie and frustratingly slow in-store browser. I like to browse and order from home, but it's often worth a visit, if only to save on the postage. If you're going to bother leaving the house, do make sure you swing past Stokes Croft and nip into Idle Hands first. ;)

I lost a package and they were really good about it. They sent a replacement within two days. Would recommend.

when yu bought somthing like 30-40 records, about 250-350£ .. a propper box for the shipping is needed !! specialy for internationnal ship' . be aware about it !
