Don't take subscription to this apk its not worth your are gonna waste your money the question are not well display and not all step are done, the answer of the question which we want is not what they provide and all the steps and method are different which makes the answer different.
I literally wasted my 22.3 cad and there is not refunding policies.

Ruined the platform with the “AI”

Ruined the platform with the “AI upgrade.” It’s difficult to find answers to questions that have already been answered, and the AI is awful at assisting whatsoever. It’s come to the point of having to Google the questions and hope that I find a link to the solution on Chegg. Not worth the money whatsoever—there are other services which do better for less.

Website would not let me cancel for a period of about 2 weeks. Link did not work etc. got charged £20 then all a sudden it was fixed. Additionally it’s a complete scam - all the answers to the urban economics textbook are incorrect :)

Will unsubscribe this year

Checking solutions by book is no longer an option. This is the only reason that kept me on Chegg. It is extremely inconvenient, I will hold a couple months and unsubscribe.

Not reliable

Most answers were wrong, partially correct or there was no solution. Better off using a different program especially if you are paying for it.

Often, the expert answers are incorrect. I know this because we use a digital platform for our assignment. It’s frustrating that you don’t get a credit back to ask another question when this occurs. Because it’s literally a waste of an expert explanation.

New AI system is awful, slow, and generally does not work within the parameters of the question asked.

New AI system is awful. Answers take for ever and well over 50% time the study tips are not relevant to the question. Also you cannot paste text into the question field. I get it ChatGPT is taking over the world, but do yourself a favor and used ChatGPT 3.5. It's free and the response times is 10x faster. To me it looks like they got the API for chatGPT 4, put in in their server that doesn't have any access to the database of questions they had prior to the transition. Canceled my membership, it is faster for me to tutor myself with a book written in brail.

Deleted all student flashcards

I have been using Chegg flashcards for many years- laboriously entering data that I wish to study and remember. I have entered many many flashcards. Over the years that have switched from one app to another.
When I logged on today for the first time in a few months to start my revision, I was confused as I couldn't find the flashcards. It turns out they were all deleted.
The support claims an email was sent in November saying the data would be deleted. They also claim the message was put on their website for 2 months.
However, I have checked all my emails and I did not receive such an email. My emails are autoforwarded for work compliance, and there is no trace in my back up.

The nature of study is not everything and every app gets used all the time. In this case, I did not need to revise between October and now (March) - so previously entered flashcards were supposed to be safe and ready for when I needed them. I can't tell you how much work has gone into creating my flashcards. And now, they are all deleted.
I don't understand how a company can send just one email (at most, because I really really can't find any trace), and then delete student data en masse - at short notice.
I have lots all faith and trust in this company.

New interface/website is HORRENDOUS

Cannot upload photos, cannot search for anything. All the new answers are AI generated and you would get the same answer on ChatGPT for free, they are also incorrect answers. CHEGG has been going down hill for a while but it’s officially done for. I am canceling and will never return.

Not easily loaded with material review

I don't use it enough and usually if there's help that's needed, other resources are better to load the examples and the material is easier to find with other resources. It may be better for someone else, but for me and my current courses, it's not idea for use.
