Avoid using this platform. Absolute scam from start to end.
They will constantly phone for extra money. Increased price from £850 to nearly £1800.
They will phone you constantly and claim they got bits wrong and then force payment Increases.
They refuse to refund my deposit, plus i paid extra which they wont refund.
Cheekytrips and holiday globe are in it together scamming people. Read online before using them. Its constantly Scamming people and cheeky trips will just claim its not them.

Seen holiday advertised for £265 per person with direct flights from Newcastle and all inclusive hotel in Spain. Started live chat about it quoting reference number. Next it moved to WhatsApp then they called when they wanted more than advertised and got aggressive saying that hotel us £400 then flights etc well why are you advertised £265. Can understand if I was adding luggage and transfers. Told them no thank you will leave it. Buyer be aware springs to mind. Glad I didn't book after reading other reviews. Booked with another supplier for less.
Booked an all inclusive holiday to Egypt and whilst on the phone with the agent we went through 6 different hotels before settling with new eagles aqua park in hurghada. They get you to reply to their email with "everything is correct" by which time you've missed the admin fee of £56 per person slotted in. 4 days later we receive the confirmation email and the hotel name has a slight discrepancy in the name now new eagles downtown aqua park so didn't think much of it. Upon arrival to the transfer they tried to take us to the original hotel name new eagles and they were confused when I showed them the hotel we were stay at. An hour later we arrived at the hotel and was not the same as sold 😕 raised my concerns with the company "travel trek" but had no response for the first 3 days of the one week holiday. In the meantime the "all inclusive" hotel we were put in ran out of lager 🙄 but could be purchased over the bar at a set cost. No help whatsoever off "travel trek" just excuses and after speaking to the on site rep we were told the transfer would be their on our departure at 19.30. As you can guess the transfer never arrived so had to get a private taxi to the airport at 20.20 as our flight left at 22.20 again just excuses from "Travel trek" NEVER AGAIN GOING TO USE CHEEKY TRIPS WOULD RATHER PAY THE SLIGHT EXTRA TO HAVE A BETTER PEACE OF MIND.
We went to Caribbean Village Agador in Agadir and even if others will say this hotel doesn't deserve 3 stars or too old or nothing to eat, we ended up having an amazing experience and kids loved it so much they want to go back.
If you are in a tight budget then this hotel offers alot for your money. Good food, branded drinks, amazing entertainment team, friendly staff and near all attractions.
Thank you and hope will see you soon.

I booked for a solo trip was advertised at 159 pounds so I expected a single supplement so I called the price went up to 350 pounds which I thought wasn't too bad so I booked it .half hr later had a phone call off them saying that the flight wasn't available to agadir but they could fly me to another airport and they would give me half the money to catch the bus apparently 4hrs away not a mini bus but public transport I declined and said I'd give then an hour to find me somewhere for the same money and I wudnt say anymore about it they got to me 7 nights in Tunisia for 350 quid and if I wanted I could upgrade to all inclusive for 50 quid .I said OK I'll go for it so then I got my total invoice off them it said the price was 550 .so again I phoned them only to be told the 350 quid was non refundable and I would lose the money so after alot of talking I was told that it was my call and they had tried to get me the holiday .NEVER AGAIN WOULD I BOOK WITH THUS COMPANY .STI K WITH TUI
From start to finish when we book a lovely 5 day trip to Malta with pick ups from airport etc. Would highly recommend this company.

Used Cheeky Trip a couple of times and never had a problem.
Was a little sceptical at first, holiday prices are much lower than other agents but we worried unnecessarily,
Be mindful that they do add an additional premium to cover flight cancellations which does bump the
price up alittle, however the total cost is lower than others offer.

My advice, listen to the bad reviews. I usually always do my homework but didn’t in this case because someone else in the party found the holiday. They took money before completing the booking but did not make this clear, said they were ATOL protected but they are not, then used bullying tactics to try to change the flights to more expensive ones. Tried to slow process down and then cancel part way through booking and the agent became aggressive and abusive. We did eventually cancel but that cost us £240.
Its a company that books the various bits of the holiday for you so the companies they book with may be ATOL protected but they are not and they do not hold to the standard you expect. You can only book over the phone and the price is not what is advertised. As this would have been a first trip abroad for our daughter and her three friends without a parent we could not risk going any further. Other reviews write of no hotel on arrival and that is not a situation I would want them to have to deal with. We checked the hotel independently and the price they were offering for the same dates was a lot higher for just bed and breakfast. We are pretty sure it was a scam of some kind but can’t get the money back as we agreed the payment.
Nothing but problems with this company,my advice is to avoid with all costs.Problems with added costs from flights ,transfers, that are not explained time after time. After initial payment, it was then pay again for admin costs, and to finish off shuttle bus arrived 1hour early so just left us .Now costing us 120euros in taxi. GREAT!

I have just come back from Lanzarote and stayed in the Bellevue Aquarius, and i have just been reading the reviews on Cheeky Trips, unfortunately I must agree with the bad reviews, there description of the resort wasn't that accurate, they describe it as 167 apartments over six floors with lift, this was fine for me suffering with arthritis and sciatica, but in reality they only got the amount of rooms correct, there was no lift and my apartment 79 steps uphill with the gods.
Needless to say they weren't prepared to move me no matter how much discomfort I was in.
I also read the replies from Cheeky Trips wavering all responsibility, but surely the site advertising the resort should know exactly what they are selling the customer? wouldn't this be false advertising?
The holiday was booked through a (Johnson Holidays) tour company and like many of the reviews, they also increase the price as i was booking it, also shortened it by one day because apparently the holiday I was booking didn't exist anymore. I decided not to go ahead with the booking and wrote a review on how disappointed I was by the way they conducted themselves and me not getting the holiday I wanted.
Well to cut a long story short, after numerous call backs from the company, they gave me the holiday at nearly the same as the original price, and they offered me an upgrade to an apartment for £40, so I was happy with that, not knowing until I got to my destination that the complex only consisted of apartments anyway. Full marks to the tour operator, they managed to get more money out of me by deceiving me into paying for something I already had. Bit naughty.
Reading the reviews, this seems to be the trend with most of these companies, so I was wondering how they are allowed to get away with it?
The answer is, small print. and the easy going nature of the British public.

booked a holiday last night, £2000 pound taken from my account which was already £500 more than advertised, for them then to tell me they no longer had that hotel available. I booked all inclusive for my family i have now been left with a bed and breakfast and will have to upgrade when i get there as i am not willing to give these people a penny more. Apparently i couldn't cancel and i couldn't get my money back for the hotel as they only offer package holiday although they couldn't fulfil my package they still wanted to keep my money. They then proceeded to beg my daughter for an extra £1000 to upgrade us after i had already told them they weren't getting a penny more. We have had a rough time this past few weeks, a really rough time and needed a holiday to recover which they have ruined. I don't know how they sleep at night. I also don't want to hear this waffle from cheeky trips that this isn't them. You know what they are doing you have had enough bad reviews and you still continue to let them fraudulently advertise these holidays to trick people. YOU ARE JUST AS BAD!!! might not have spoken to anyone from cheeky trip but it is your site you allow them to advertise from. Please stay away you will be disappointed!!

Rubbish ripped off my daughter & 3 of her friends....I was listening to them book in the background and alarms started to ring loudly...UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES GIVE CREDIT CARD DETAILS BEFORE EVERYTHING IS SORTED.....they took card details then started to give details of times flights ect, then add ons and more cost once they had card details???...the holiday was just one flight company outbound one inbound??? She was asking about luggage... each flight company different rules so they would have been at the airport before realising how much more baggage they each had to pay at the airport unbeknown to them...absolutely bullied my daughters friend ( lead passenger) saying when she was asking questions of them he kept telling her she was not one of the passengers when she kept saying I am he said "I don't believe you" ...we then struggled to cancel it, in the end we did manage to but at a fee of £60 per person... gone to CC company to sort it out word of warning......STAY AWAY....
I have used Cheekytrip numerous times and find it brilliant. Easy too use and friendly staff I can't wait to book my next holiday with them on the 15th Feb. Great service thank you Cheekytrip
